Not sure what that means? - But thank you for your fine & open defense of GENOCIDE
    ....................................................................................................................................................................................................very telling

My only response to that can be "Seig Heil Sobo !" :salute: - seems you still suffer certain unsavory addictions

Fact is, in the final analysis, Germany had no Moral Right to Invade, Colonize & Dispossess
.....................................................................the "Herero rubbish" -as you put it - of their land
    ..

What ? - Germany didn't start a problem by invading & colonizing their land ?

Of course I know what Askari are.
They are the traitors to their people - the Thugs & Goons I spoke of earlier
that all Imperialist Powers depend upon to exert their will upon oppressed peoples -
Their type are, and always have been, the Auxiliaries to the Empire for Christ's Sake !

    W
e see them still at work in the Death Squads of Central & South America
........& in the War Lords of Libya, Syria & Iraq and in such filthy BRUTE
................................................................regimes as Saudi Arabia & Israel

Of course neither you nor Von Trotha was nor are not Racist -
He simply did not care for "Herero rubbish"
and so proceeded to "cleansed the land of poisonous elements"

Yoh Sobo ! - Have you ever heard of the term "Cognitive Dissonance" ?

    .

YES ! according to the Charter
any lands kept or colonized after conflict, are kept and colonized illegally
any lands HISTORICALLY German should have been returned
The UN would have to reach consensus as to a date set for retroactive return
but such an agreement would unfortunately run into the VETO problem

Well then sorry to burt your bubble, but the HErero waited until German settlers were out hunting and care for their land. When the men were away they attacked a small settlement outside of Lüderitz and killed 4 women and 18 children.. With that they awakened something they could not handle.

Nobody forced them to target women and children.

    You don't think
that you TARGET women & children, when you invade and dispossess a people of their Land
..................................and turn them ALL out into the desert to starve and die of dehydration ?
................................nothing like cleansing a land of it's poisonous garbage is there Sobo ?

That is "disproportionate collective punishment" another issue spoken of in the UN Charter
........................................................... another issue conveniently Ignored by the use of VETO

Pretty clear, based on so many of your previous posts, that you in no sense have "got it."

However, I'm perfectly fine if you think so.

They HAD the Land - You took it from them, and you gave them the desert in which to Die
The abject ungodly Atrocity of GENOCIDE has even been admitted to by your Government
Why can you NOT accept and admit to the verifiable FACTS of history ?

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Herero and Namaqua Genocide
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herero_and_Namaqua_genocide

    From The Article:
The Herero and Nama genocide was a campaign of racial extermination and collective punishment
that the German Empire undertook in German South West Africa (modern-day Namibia) against the
Herero, Nama and San people. It is considered the first genocide of the 20th century. It took place
between 1904 and 1907 during the
    Herero Wars.

In January 1904, the Herero people, led by Samuel Maharero and Nama Captain Hendrik Witbooi,
rebelled against German colonial rule. In August, German General Lothar von Trotha defeated
the Herero in the Battle of Waterberg and drove them into the desert of Omaheke, where most
of them died of dehydration. In October, the Nama people also rebelled against the Germans,
only to suffer a similar fate.

Between 24,000 and 100,000 Herero and 10,000 Nama died. The first phase of the genocide was
characterized by widespread death from starvation and dehydration due to the prevention of the
retreating Herero from leaving the Namib Desert by German forces. Once defeated, thousands
of Herero and Nama were imprisoned in concentration camps, where the majority died of
    disease,
    abuse, and exhaustion.

In 1985, the United Nations' Whitaker Report classified the aftermath as an attempt to exterminate
the Herero and Nama peoples of South West Africa, and therefore one of the earliest attempts
at genocide in the 20th century. In 2004, the German government recognized and apologized for
the events, but ruled out financial compensation for the victims' descendants.
    In July 2015,
the German government and the speaker of the Bundestag officially called the events a "genocide"
and "part of a race war". However, it has refused to consider reparations.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------
    .

So they brought this on themselves ? Excuse me If I call such reasoning Absurd
So a few radicalized BRUTES murder 4 German women and 18 children.
    So you proceed to exterminate 100,000 of them - a wonderful & clearly Justified response {NOT!}
rather - clearly a horrendous unmitigated Atrocity of the highest order - you should be ashamed

The Herero were not native to the land. They came in from Angola. They were goat herders and nomads and a drought led them to the land.

Their herds started to destroy fields and thats how the conflict started.

I have zero problems with their fate. They arent German. They caused a problem and security danger. The problem was solved.

I think it is by now perfectly clear as to your position on the issue of Extermination & Genocide
I dare say the Zionist Thugs in Israel have learned apply the same sort of ugly spurious reasoning
......................It becomes the solution to their problems, as you seem to see it as a solution to yours

    As for bursting BuBBles ! :) -

Judy Woodruff talks about Africa all the time. Never has she reported this going on. We have to check with PBS M-F to rebut her program's errors and misdeeds. PBS is available live on youtube. And there is the chat room. I am being attacked daily there by some I believe are paid by PBS to troll me.

Why bother? If it can happen to South Africa, it can happen here too.

When I was in Germany, I discovered that the Germans I met really do have an excellent grasp of history. I was so embarrassed I then decided to do a lot more study of history.

When many Americans drifted their way through school, sports was more important and of course for boys, girl friends.

I admit to date I never studied in depth the history of Africa. Most of it. A bit of it I have some grasp.

I have met but one South African that I know of and it was when South Africa was still ran by the whites. She was a passenger on a bus to the New Orleans Airport and I had a few moments to chat with her. She was on vacation. We only chatted for a few minutes. What caught my attention was her accent. Mandela was still in prison at the time.

Frankly I know of the beads, but tend to doubt we offered any blankets.

If blacks of Africa were like our own native tribes, they did not believe in land ownership.

I know nothing of Gateway Pundit but would this be an individual or a group of them?

Which airplane do they believe G. W. Bush flew into what target?

I took a class on southern African history, taught by a Ghanaian professor several years ago, so I'm leaning on the memory of that, but American knowledge of Africa isn't common.

What is even worse than that, most Americans of my experience know little of the history and current events of some of our closest neighbors, such as Central America and South America.

Worse still, we have a fetish as if having Russia as our enemy is sound policy. Trump has tried to tone down the hostility against Russia understanding they can a far better friend than having them as the enemy but our Democrats spit in his face and demand he make of Russia our enemy.

Why would settlers want to donate blankets? Clearly they did not understand diseases. I wonder how long any disease could survive on a blanket of that era? I hear that the survival time for disease on such material could be up to 15 minutes. We might have a disease expert here who can bring us up to date.
