This is like shooting dead fish in a barrel, really. Way too easy.

    My turn.

Did you have a problem with the Trump ordering his staff to ignore subpoenas for testimony and documents ?

    You didn't answer my question.

So you admit your administration is no different from any other administration. So now that you are ok with ALL administrations refusing subpoenas we know what to expect from Republican administrations and can act accordingly.

Actually you're the one that was having an issue with it but as we can see the very same thing you're sitting here trying to accuse me of applies to you as well.

And that would be what ?

Just to be clear, you have no problem with Trump ordering his staff to ignore subpoenas for testimony and documents.

The GOP is as morally bankrupt as the narcissistic clown they've embraced. They won't lift a finger to protect people from gun violence, but they'll try to shield a white collar crook from prosecution because the base loves him.

He is asking Congress to create a law to give full immunity to Republican presidents, or Trump.

I think its because the RW media is more organized to push the same falsehoods. If people hear the same lie from 10 different sources, they are more likely to think its true.

So this means an end to the "Hunter Biden Laptop" investigation.
It clearly is 100% politically motivated.

Second, the investigation in Georgia can proceed. We have Trump on audio clearly pressuring
Georgian Politicians into finding just enough votes for him to win the state.
An investigation into that is clearly not politically motivated.
Election interference is a clear crime.

Nothing "faux" about Treasury department suspicious activity reports or Hunters emails.

So, are you claiming all the banks lied about these money transfera and it just so happened that they all agreed on every detail? It is far more likely that, as the suspicious transaction reports make clear and are backed up by all the banks involved, that the Biden family was launders millions in foreign bribes.

The supreme court long ago ruled executive privilege is fully allowed due to all three branches being co-equal. That goes back almost 200 years and is established law.

Remember that letter written and signed by all those intelligence officials in response to the release of Hunter's laptop? They said it was a Russian "information" campaign. Not a disinformation campaign.

Executive privilege is not absolute, as Nixon found out. Obstruction of Justice is still a crime, even for the Chief Executive. He can’t use his executive powers/privilege in furtherance of a crime or to cover one up. That would be corrupt intent and that would be the end of any protection arising from the office he held.

Thank, but this specific issue has long been settled by the Supreme Court. Members of the administration can simply refuse to testify before Congress or the President can simply order them not to and it is perfectly legal. Obama did it, Bush the younger did it, Clinton did it... Go back as far as you want and you will find it routine.
