Writing an opinion is the only thing that Eastman and Chesebro did.

And, Trump didn't threaten any election officials.

for every one person that has the opinion the earth is flat ..there are millions who have facts it is not

same can be said. You have the opinion trump is innocent. But the facts do not fall in line with your opinion.

the go sentence in a debate is

you are entitled to your own opinion. But NOT entitled to your own facts

What are the facts that point to him being guilty?

Be specific and let's start with, what election officials did he threaten and what did he threaten to do?

Eastman and Chesebro didn't promote anything illegal. They wrote a legal opinion.

    No, I can choose both.

    Cite the statute that applies.

Prosecuting someone who’s been indicted isn’t a crime.

They did much more than write a legal opinion and to suggest otherwise is not facing reality.

Is it election interference if he actually committed the crimes with which he is charged?

The ultimate goal is to hold accountable someone who broke the law.

    It's not election interference.
His trying to push these elections back past the 2024 election is obstruction of justice.

It doesn't matter if he committed the crimes. He has been indicted. The legal process must proceed. What Trump is trying to do is use the fact that he is running (a voluntary act btw, there is no law that says he MUST run for President) to hinder the legal process

It's not election interference, it's obstruction of justice.
