This is not high school. You don't hand out detention for leaking.

Leaks come from meetings between government officials. When Obama was in the White House, he rarely had cabinet meetings. During his last eight months, he had almost none.

The Trump Administration has cabinet meetings, or other meetings, almost every day so more information is floating around. You have to determine if the information being picked up is on purpose, or if it is gossip around the water cooler.

The DOJ announced a few days ago that they will track down leakers and they will be fired, or prosecuted. One has resigned already. A few more are likely to leave soon.
