2 dead, 5 injured following shooting

Passing even more gun control laws is the "cheap n' easy" way to reduce our homicide rate but, like most things that are "cheap n' easy", they seldom work.

I strongly believe that America must upgrade its mental health care system before we can expect our unacceptable homicide rate to decline .
