    I've never had a problem with pot.

    I use it recreation-ally from time to time.

    You don't see people smoke a joint and go on a violent crime spree. It's really one of the few drugs I can't agree with being illegal.

    I know right?

    My first thought was that if someone was actually able to smoke enough to OD...WHO IS THEIR SUPPLIER? Cause that would take close to half their body weight. I would be more impressed they were able to smoke enough to die from it.

    they can test for the byproducts in ones urine, but they have no test for how high a person is, though if it becomes legal I am sure they will come up with a way to tell by ones breath too

    DENVER - A satirical website fooled some people with its hoax story headlined: "Marijuana Overdoses Kill 37 in Colorado On First Day of Legalization January 2nd, 2014."

    "Colorado is reconsidering its decision to legalize recreational pot following the deaths of dozens due to marijuana overdoses," read the spoof story by DailyCurrant.com, which attributed the death toll to the Rocky Mountain News, the Denver daily newspaper that closed in 2009.

    My position has always been we are either free or we are not. If we are then we need to take responsibility for our actions, intended or otherwise and regardless of circumstances. If we are not free then we need to rely on the government to keep us safe not only from each other, but also from ourselves. :weed:

    In my view, putting people in jail for possessing a plant is insanity and is the antithesis of freedom. :flagus:
