They improved the railway there in 2013 and have been encouraging people to go and live there - one of the reasons the British General who was asked does not believe the Palestinians are a danger to Israel. He did not believe any country would encourage its people to go and live in a dangerous place.
If you bothered to read the links provided several times in this thread, Israel killed 7 Gazans in Gaza before the Gazans retaliated by firing rockets into Israel.
Maybe if the Gazan's actually elected a government which ISN'T a bunch of terrorists, they could come to some sort of arrangement with Israel.

Hamas launches HE rockets into civilian areas of Israel, obviously with the intention of killing them. I can't think of any other reason. Hamas is the scum of the earth.
