IMO, and althought it has a kernel of truth, that doesn't require much "coercion". You would be aflame in the street for a lot less yourself, I'd bet.

Hamas was, after all, created by Israel to further divide the Palestinian people, and then gave it all the reasons it needed for its continued existance.
