Read your history book. It may not have existed, but the Jews were attacked many times by Arabs, whether a state or not.

Jordan ceded it to Israel by treaty in 1994; the opinion of the UN does not and in fact can not override this.
Thus, according to International law, the WB belongs to Israel.

If you go like that, than it means I can just steal from any random Jew I want to because Bernard Madoff thieved billions. So what you go going, is just a such a non excuse to commit war crimes.

Pardon me, but the Jews have been continuously attacked by Muslims since that murderer and rapist Mohamed was galavanting around. You know right? the prophet Mohamed. Are you one of those uneducated and uninformed Trump supporters? You are, aren't
you. Read your history book before flapping away.

It does. The UN, and the UNSC got the final say in this.

No. They do not. The UN has no power to overturn international law.
In fact, the 1994 treaty ended the controversy under international law, so the UN has no standing to be involved.

The UN is not the only legitimate and valid source of international law, and the UN has no power to overturn international law that exists outside its own. The 1994 treaty between Israel and Jordan that ceded the WB to Israel -is- International law; it has every bit the same force of law as anything handed down by the UN.

As the 'issue' between the Israelis and Palestinians exists entire within Israel, there is no international controversy; the UN has no purview to address purely domestic issues.

Its pretty clear your understanding of the subject is rudimentary at best.

fact: tens of thousands of Jews were expelled by Arab nations after 1948.

Jews faced lots of discrimination and pogroms as well.

the Muslim Arabs decided they finally had enough of their "Jewish Problem".

Fact is that countries like Iraq banned Jews to leave. Fact is that the jewish indigenous population sided with colonial powers who made them citizens for helping out to oppress muslims,... and than they just left to their new European home.

You mean that is what the nazi's called it, to than bring in their final solution.
    /facepalm

Muslim nations did not oppress Jews by investigating each Jew and deciding who was guilty or innocent of conspiring with Colonial authorities.

    they simply persecuted Jews.

Zionism gave the Muslims the excuse they needed to create a Final Solution to their Jewish "problem".

    are you a Muslim?

using some silly story in the Koran as a justification for Muslims killing Jews, is very sad and pathetic.

    Article 52
    1. Nothing in the present Charter precludes the existence of regional arrangements or agencies for dealing with such matters relating to the maintenance of international peace and security as are appropriate for regional action provided that such arrangements or agencies and their activities are consistent with the Purposes and Principles of the United Nations.
    2. The Members of the United Nations entering into such arrangements or constituting such agencies shall make every effort to achieve pacific settlement of local disputes through such regional arrangements or by such regional agencies before referring them to the Security Council.
    3. The Security Council shall encourage the development of pacific settlement of local disputes through such regional arrangements or by such regional agencies either on the initiative of the states concerned or by reference from the Security Council.
    4. This Article in no way impairs the application of Articles 34 and 35.
The 1994 treaty between Israel and Jordan ended the controversy regarding the West Bank, under international law.

accoring to the International Court of Justice, the United Nations Security Council, and even the Israeli Supreme Court, the West Bank aka CisJordan is under Israeli Occupation and is under the authority of the 1907 Hague Regulations and the 4th Geneva Conventions.

In 1994 Jordan gave up all negotiating rights for the West Bank, to the PLO. However they kept their control of the Old City of Jerusalem.
