Not since I was young, did I miss something?

Christmas Carol: A story about a man who has lost his way, consumed with greed, anger, and totally repulsed by the actions of others who do not live up to his expectations. Comes to learn the errors of his ways either by a supernatural incident that scares the crap out of him, or a dream that seems too real to simply dismiss as such, realizes/concludes he only has one life to live, and it isn't too late, "for him" to change it for the better.

It’s the story of/about the Christmas spirit, and how selfishness/greed, and a lack of consideration/tolerance for your fellow man can ruin the entire premise of the whole good will and fellowship that it is designed to promote. What comes around goes around, you reap what you sow, do unto others etc... etc…, also set the moral tone of the story.

What I personally find hilarious is the very people who defend Christmas, are in most cases closer to the Scrooge character before his epiphany, than they care to admit. They really do not have a Christian attitude or spirit, and rarely display Christian principles in their daily lives, but that doesn’t stop them from proclaiming their Christianity and rubbing it in the faces of others who do not meet their own unrealistic in most cases, expectations.

So I ask again what is it that “you” are trying to imply?
