Actually this is what you said:
"People who ignore those laws should not have protections from laws, nor benefits from laws."

the government spends $900,000 a year to keep a person jailed in Guantanamo in cuba,,

california spends about $80K a year to keep a person off the streets

alabama spends less that $20K for prisoners

the aliens get detained at the border and then incarcerated for attempting to illegally enter the USA

how much is spent per day to keep these people locked up??

seems like the criminals should have some way of repaying the system..

for many years and many presidents, from Biden to reagan,,,

the system for illegal aliens is below

arrest them, spend $50K keeping them in prison, then send them home..

many of the ones not caught have spend thousands to a coyote to help them cross

why not just set up a cashier at the border...??

    pay or go home!!

Not entitled to protections FROM laws. Meaning, they are subject to, not excluded from, the enforcement of laws.
I'm sure you object to that, but it's what I said.

All, the old immigrant / boogeyman trope. The right loves that one, if only it were true

Undocumented immigrants in point of fact commit fewer crimes than American citizens

    https://www.pnas.org/content/117/51/32340

...criminality among the undocumented is a paramount social science concern. Yet despite substantial public and political attention, extant research has established surprisingly few empirical findings on the criminological impact of undocumented immigration. Leveraging a unique combination of data from the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Department of Homeland Security, this study sheds light on this understudied area of inquiry. Our analysis reveals two broad conclusions about the criminality of undocumented immigrants. First, undocumented immigrants have substantially lower rates of crime compared to both native US citizens and legal immigrants. Second, over the 7 y period from 2012 to 2018, the proportion of arrests involving undocumented immigrants in Texas was relatively stable or decreasing.
