And not answer about particular cases already in the court system and could come up before SCOTUS. The only reason she doesn't is that she knows that her appointment was pre-arranged by her billionaire sponsors and it makes little difference what she says.

Yes, but she did answer question about the ACA. Not about the case in the courts (which makes sense that she wouldn't), but about how the underlying laws apply. And that's another thing. Why would she answer questions about the ACA but not about whether it was legal to intimidate voters?
