Should they also ask her about 'murder' laws too?

They can ask whatever the hell they want? And she should answer to the questions that are appropriate. And not answer about particular cases already in the court system and could come up before SCOTUS. The only reason she doesn't is that she knows that her appointment was pre-arranged by her billionaire sponsors and it makes little difference what she says.

Fair enough. So you're totally okay with her not answering questions on the ACA?

Yes, but she did answer question about the ACA. Not about the case in the courts (which makes sense that she wouldn't), but about how the underlying laws apply. And that's another thing. Why would she answer questions about the ACA but not about whether it was legal to intimidate voters?

Do you acknowledge that Klobuchar injected her personal opinion into the matter of 'voter intimidation?'

I don't know. Klobuchar was not nominated for the Supreme Court, so it makes no difference.

Why does that matter? She asked the question which you think Amy should have answered in a certain way.

I'd say the clown showed unusual restraint in choosing his nominee. Given the fact that his obedient poodles would accept anybody,
I'm quite surprised he didn't choose his "isn't she beautiful?" daughter or his butler Jerrold, or even Roger Stone!

Yes, it sure is surprising that his "poodles" accept a highly qualified candidate! :roflol:
