Tax money is ostensibly used for the betterment of everyone in society, especially those in need (though most of it actually goes to businesses).

Tax cuts do no measurable good for most people, but make rich people much richer, which does almost no good for society, but a lot of harm.

Oh, and republicans don't want to pay for society even when they know that not paying will result in millions of people being bankrupt, homeless, or starving. They also are willing to kill unlimited people for wealth (war), how is that not greedy?

Uh-huh, yep, whatever you say. But since they obviously do you no good, I suggest you give all your money to the government.

You and the guy in the video have it backwards. Republicans want to eliminate social programs that assist OTHERS while advocating for lower taxes so less of their OWN money will go to help others. Democrats favor higher taxes on THEMSELVES to provide for social programs which assist OTHERS. It's obvious which side is greedy.

No. They want social programs to address their agenda and create a nanny state. Let's get it straight shall we.

Still no substance. What you call truth is still blather. Please deal with the points raised.

And what do you mean "Sound like...?"

Wow....no over-the-top rhetoric in that post.

Did you even watch the video? Do you even understand what a fascist is?

    Thought not.

You've convinced yourself that the things you say are true. Nothing anyone says will change that.

There is no greed at the heart of the ideology of Conservatives.

Either way I have to call you on that. Please show us where even one "republican" [lack of capital noted] has said poor people don't pay enough taxes.

Just one. Even though the post says "continuing themes" I'm asking for one.

The video makes clear points on each of those topics. The fact that it is done in a humorous vein is irrelevant.

To continue to propagate the lie that all republicans [lack of capital noted] are greedy, fascist racists is not only a falsehood but fails in the light of the very video that is presented.

Simply repeating a lie does not make it "truth" but rather makes the parrot into a propagandist...

Can you explain how OWS is a fascist movement? LOL

Yeah, GOP is the opposite of fascism, mainly Rick Perry, Newt Gingrich and all this bunch... yeah, they don't have any relation with fascism, no...

Only one Republican "leader" can be said that he has any relation with fascism and that one is Ron Paul. The rest, mainly the neoconservative bunch, that is the majority of the Republican party are more fascists than anything. Fascism is traditionalist, nationalist, racist, xenophobist, homophob, statist and most of Republicans, mainly the neonconservative are all that, whatever they try to sell the contrary.

The video explains it well. Definitively, in fact. Did you not watch the video?

I did. And doesn't explain a crap. And the argument of racism... is funny, too.

Is based in history, and as has been explained thousand of times, Republicans of today are all the opposite to Republicans of XIX century, because mainly the first are conservative and the second were liberals.

And about OWS I can't see relation with fascism. A participatory movement, horizontal... Yeah that is really fascist.

And Republicans have a marriage with corporations really big. Republicans are homophobic. Republicans are xenophobist and usually use the message first Americans later the rest. Republicans are pro-life and pro-death penalty. Republicans are for a bigger authoritarian state, laws like SOPA, and similars that are promoted by Republicans, however here Democrats are the same (*)(*)(*)(*), and we conclude that both, Republicans and Democrats are two fascist parties, but one more radical than other in some questions.

But that Republicans are not fascist, are not greed and are not racist is false. Just we have to see the opinions of the leaders, except Ron Paul.

Typical response. And one that most of us should get used to, because it will be the same type of response we will hear for the next 12 months. Demagogue, besmirch the source (even though it's history), and then go off on a tangent with some stereotypical straw man gibberish. Never presenting any facts, just simply rhetoric. Very boring, but it does reinforce that these type of nonsensical arguments are very easy to see through.

Do you want facts? Compare the ideas of Lincoln or any Republican of his period, that even were closer to socialism than any other ideology, with any of the today Republicans? Compare the ideas and organization of OWS with any fascist movement. And tell me what is demagogue.
