No, but the Palestinians have offered Palestinian citizenship to squatters who want to stay in Palestine after the neoZionists withdraw. However, it's likely that the neoZionists will see that as the thin edge of the wedge of One State. Have they? I know this was an idea put out and I would think it would be a good one as part of a parcel for lasting peace - offering citizenship to settlers who have not acted criminally towards the Palestinians, but I haven't heard this as an official policy.
When I first heard of such offer I was amused, no way this will happen, even if the jewish settelers will somhow agree- they will be butchered, however, if i do try to imagine it then some of the settelers may actually be mad enough to stay, they see the land sacred not the state and if the Palestinians will be proffessional enough to live with them - know what, it can actually work, I agree, that would be the start of true peace.
