You know you have a weak defense when you have to resort to extremes.

99.9% of abortions are done because of "convenience" factors.

If it were up to me, I'd say O.K., if you file a report for rape and a few months later you're found to be pregnant, I'll allow an abortion, but your rapist would have to be prosecuted both for rape AND manslaughter for causing the death of a human being.

Thank goodness it is not up to you !

What is extreme is claiming that a single human cell is on an equal footing with born living human.

what is convenience and when was the last time you did anything because it was inconvenient?

Well what do you know, it is not up to you and the future for it does not look good either.

You have failed to present a logical rationale to back that up. :bored:

I did read the thread and I saw no valid point you made that should make us think abortion is wrong.

Its quite simple. A fetus, or basic cell as described above, has no interest in its existence. A grown, born human however does. The latter is entitled to a right to life and the former doesn't for this reason.

    Explain.

    Explain.

    Explain.

One liners dont cut it, you need to justify your assertions, not simply state them and assume you've dont anything but a meaningless response.

Doen it already. There is no specific point in development that all human beings gain these charecteristics (immeasurable and arbitrary).

I really don't care what you assume.

    Where?

Yes there is, its after the first few weeks of being born.

Its not an assumption - its biological FACT.

I also find it remarkable you think my position is arbitrary, which it isnt, and say that's a bad thing yet your own position is COMPLETELY arbitrary.

They are not unmeasurable or arbitrary, but one thing is certain. They are not present during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Doesn't change the fact that the fetus is biologically a human being.

How so? btw you need to actually justify your childish responses with some evidence and fact, else they simply remain childish and irrelevant, as per usual.

Explain how it is idiotic. We all know you cant, but come on mate, you could at least have some pride and lose a debate fair and square for once instead of running away as per usual.

Your posts never address my points. You sure post more - but not to me. And you are the smallest person here for that reason.
