You know you have a weak defense when you have to resort to extremes. 99.9% of abortions are done because of "convenience" factors. If it were up to me, I'd say O.K., if you file a report for rape and a few months later you're found to be pregnant, I'll allow an abortion, but your rapist would have to be prosecuted both for rape AND manslaughter for causing the death of a human being.

Its quite simple. A fetus, or basic cell as described above, has no interest in its existence. A grown, born human however does. The latter is entitled to a right to life and the former doesn't for this reason.

Doen it already. There is no specific point in development that all human beings gain these charecteristics (immeasurable and arbitrary). I really don't care what you assume.
