Cites, that "don't like Republicans", filled with minorities who "don't like Republicans", and "high education that don't like Republicans", led by Mayors who "don't do the work"-you just described the cycle of fail that is democrat inner cities.

 

From what I see, it's just top down orders determining a status quo. I think they know it can be done and don't do it for whatever reason. Certainly once a city is large enough, it has the capacity to focus enough resources to eliminate gun violence in the city and do so in a manner that is safe for law enforcement. They'd have to work at it to accomplish results, but such an investment can have a major impact on neighborhoods. Sometimes even a little hope can fix hopelessness.

 

The cycle of fail is the Republicans don't support cleaning up the cities.

I did not say he is making death threats. I stated he is fueling the making of death threats. He gloats at the crowed to chants to kick out American citizens who are members of congress.
