That isn't what she is charged with though.

A trial will decide the Mothers role.

No he wasn't legal at that point.
He violated his probation before he got anywhere near Mexico.

I would have chosen to leave them in the Mexican lockup for at least 2 weeks and make them drink the water. Then put them in the general prison population. She'll make new girlfriends, . . . . . and he would become a new soft boy-toy real quick.

The Judge who is handling the case has already said he is going to send this kid to jail. Truth be told, I don't see how he is going to avoid any jail time after violating his probation and fleeing to Mexico regardless of who is attorney is.

Ok there doesn't need to be a federal warrant. This isn't in the federal court system. There is no way in hell she didn't he was on probation. When he was "adjuected" he was under 18. That makes him a juvenile. Do you know what that also means? Mom and Dad had to sign all the papers because he was under 18. And I guarantee you that explained what the terms and terms and conditions of his probation were. They also had Mom and/or Dad sign it so they know too. So you're claim of no prior knowledge goes right out the window.

And that doesn't matter what so ever. The mother knew the son was on probation. She aided and abetted her son.

Chicago needs judicial recall clearly. Appointed lifetime positions like this are an affront to democracy.

More likely as soon as he left the city or county with written permission from the probation officer.

Prior to that there is the matter of drinking, possibly breaking curfew etc etc...
