Nope the Joint Chief of Staff and Sect of Defense said biden was given 3 options and in April he decided on this option and it's contingencies. He chose this route even said he owned it. He had options and choose to get the military out before thousands of our citizens and embassy staff was evacuated. God at least Joe owns it unlike the progs on this board.

I believe there were 2500 troops left when Joe became President and he has increased that to around 4-5K to cover the withdrawal. Did the Trump administration have an actual withdrawal plan? I don't know. Pompeo could tell us.
