Well, even if you could speak for California and even if she were inept and incompetent, that does not necessarily mean she would be a bad VP. While the two positions do share some requirements, the state's AG has more managerial responsibilities than the country's VP does. So if her "ineptitude" were her delegating or managing skills, she could be better as VP. I don't know enough about her record as AG so I do not know if you assessment is true, or just you not supporting her or her party.

I think his stealing the election is the biggest transgression. A president can be impeached for acts committed before being president as long as the action was directly connected to his presidency and the government.

The Democrat cabal started working on elections preliminary for the 2018 election. With what they learned they went full bore working on the states to change the election procedures to make it easier to generate, alter, and discard votes in late 2019.
