We have totally entered the surveillance state, where we can wait for the big news splash before the election, probably rounding up thousands of people (in swing states) for being guilty until proven innocent. There probably are no laws against this because no one ever dreamed an administration would be paranoid.
No doubt they are praying for a gun fight with the notorious "Grandmothers for Freedom".
So I defend Biden here because he sure as hell is not in charge. Who is in charge of screening American by geofencing and targeted purchase codes? Lastly, apparently they don't need warrants.

The criminalization of the political opposition is continuing, just as you expect it would in an authoritarian state.

I understand early on they wanted do this under existing banking laws to ferret out purchases and/or deposits over $900. Then if they didn't like what they saw, make you explain it. For some reason the law prevailed.

As for the SCOTUS leak, you raised something I haven't heard before. If I understand what you're saying, you don't think it was a clerk, instead you think maybe the computers were hacked by someone on the left and leaked to the media. Is that what you're saying?
