    If these are true, they are troubling. There's a big difference between being a nationalist and making blanketed statements like this. We Trump supporters need to start demanding more from Trump. This is becoming too much to defend. If Trump has no desire to seek reelection, he'll probably double down. If he wants to run/win again, he needs to stop with this nonsense.

    If I was Trump, I would simply say these words: "I'm sorry for my words, and to those I offended/hurt."

    "If these are true" seems to be a pattern. What if its not true, but being spread around on forums like this one anyway? Who's to blame then?

    I call fake news since some of it is not quoted and Nigeria is not one of the countries in TPS, the issue that was under discussion.

    Seriously? In both the quotes from the articles I pulled, the sentence structure is pathetic and convoluted, it's contrived because in neither does thought flow normally. "He told lawmakers" how does one tell a question? One asks a question!

    "..another person who was briefed about it by a different person who was there." Really? Solve for X: Unknown + Unknown = X Nothing says just make it up like jibber jabber word soup.

    He takes it more seriously then many of his predecessors did, his direct, non PC way of expressing it to the people who matter most (Americans) is what gave him the keys to The Oval Office.

    Based on his first year, I will predict to you now that he will be re-elected by a huge margin in 2020. The media/lib meltdown 2.0 will be even more fun to watch then it was in 2016.

    You can invent anything and some people will believe it. The book was written by someone well known for playing fast and loose with the truth yet the media took it as fact because it fits their narrative. Just publish an idiotic statement and say "Trump said it" - job done.

    Worth adding that Haiti is a shithole. That is factually correct, whether or not Trump said it.
