Depriving people access to entitlements because of their religion does violate their rights.

 

Unfortunately it doesn't take much money. Hijack a gasoline semi-truck and a couple of pressure cooker bombs. Once trucks come into play major attacks become very real.

Have you seen the size of the natural gas barges and ships that go into the cities of the Northeast? Rupture the tanks on one of those and it equates to a small nuclear bomb.

Fortunately these lone wolf(wolves) attacks are very low grade because they are low intelligence and fairly spontaneous plus reliant upon firearms.

There are other things I won't mention that could truly terrify Americans to being afraid to go in public.

 

Deliberate means intentional. Deliberate does not mean desired.

When you fire a rocket into a group of people you are making an intentional decision to kill the people in that group. We intentionally killed civilians when we dropped a bomb on Hiroshima and countless of times since.

Killing civilians in war in not always illegal. If it was, we wouldn't have the phrase collateral damage.
