Not only was it the parking lot with the building being intact, the ramifications of that reality is that the 500 people killed narrative was also a lie.

The hospital was not hit the parking lot was hit. And the damage is pretty much proof that Israel did not do it as their munitions are much more powerful than that. There is also no way 500 people would fit in that parking lot. Basically Hamas is lying about the body count. And most likely this was caused by a rocket from Hamas or Islamic jihad that misfired.

The hospital was not bombed. The explosion was in the parking lot. And you cannot fit 500 people there even some of the cars were not damaged. Hamas is definitely lying about the body count. And there is no large crater which is always created by Israeli missiles. This was done by Hamas or Islamic jihad all of the experts agree. Even Hamas agreed in the communication that something went wrong with one of their strikes. But they use the death of their civilians to score political points because they are evil.
