I'm not talking about people who have some reasons that for them are valid, to be hesitant about the vaccine (afraid of some side effects, hesitant about rapid development, etc.) Even though these fears are actually not justified, they are not insane.

I'm talking now about crazy anti-vaxxers who think there is radioactive materials inside the vaccines and nanotechnologies. So, one of these crazies is now proposing a borax bath to detox anti-vaxxers who caved in due to work mandates. And the worst is, people are flocking to follow the crazy woman's recipe.

How far is this movement going in terms of getting insane??? Amazing.

Yeah… this is beyond an argument I would ever defend. You found one I would have to say I agree with you on.

Lucky it is winter and not summer. I would hate to see a shortage of Borax in summer when I need to find the stuff to make our ant killer.

I don't doubt this, but pro-vaxxers have been pretty dismissive of several good arguments in this forum.

Sometimes people can have the wrong reasons but still be right about what it is they want. Not trying to force and coerce people to take this seems like a reasonable idea.

(I think the mentality driving most pro-vaxxers is just as stupid, since it is based on sweeping generalities and not so much on realistic numbers)

Sometimes I do wonder if some of these crazy rumors are started by those with an agenda, knowing there are plenty of stupid conservatives who will believe it, and it will get passed along. Keep dishing out a bunch of disinformation and then people will not know what to actually believe. It used to be a common intelligence and propaganda tactic. It's only a small fringe who will believe most of these far-flung conspiracy theories anyway, so the other side has little too lose and more to gain by discrediting the other side. And then if some actual rumor that might have some basis appears, they can quickly and credibly discredit that, as just yet another one of those crazy conspiracy theories, lumping them altogether.

Ya, there's no way any bath is going to reverse the effects of the vaccine...it is worth noting however that the popularity of such things indicates that a lot of people are getting the vaccine despite not wanting to. Because they are being coerced.

Yeah, I don't think there's anyway I can answer that question in this thread and still keep this thread on topic.

But sure, if you want to ask that question, why don't you start another separate thread and leave the link here.

[My emphasis] I fail to see how the popularity of a borax bath relates to not wanting to get a vaccine. I would rather suggest that this group of people are not wanting to get vaccinated due to, for the want of better word, "magical" beliefs - that could only be sustained within a neurotic or highly anxious state.

The question naturally follow: which agents are promoting these neurotic beliefs and for what purpose?

No need to worry about Borax on my behalf I just did not take the stupid vaccine to begin with.

How many of the people involved in its development and distribution have a monetary motive to promote it?

Very few of very few people likely believe this. Having a ton of TikTok views is not indicative of anything except that people like to click on absurd and crazy videos.
This is nothing more than an MSN smear job to make the unvaccinated look irrational and legitimize more mandates, censoring, and harsh measures.

We could always jump on the bandwagon and sell decontamination “pyramids” to sit under

    upload_2021-11-14_20-40-9.jpeg

Add a few crystals for “stonal” therapy

    upload_2021-11-14_20-42-39.jpeg

Plus some Reiki which was once described as “the art of healing someone without actually touching them” and we have a winning combo

How does it work? Well the pyramids, crystals and Reiki - placebo effect

Sitting in the sunshine in nature alone and socially distanced from everyone else - priceless!! ;)

Put out by a whole series of websites duplicating content and the antivax movement cluster-bombing social media! When people who make these claims completely ignore all rationale debate and counter-evidence, refuse to even entertain the crazy number of people that would be needed to run one of these insane conspiracies, the result is inevitable.

The irony is that people like you are part of the problem with misinforming other people. An un-biased, objective truth-seeker would assess all information, they would attempt to try and verify their sources, the data and the credibility of the person/organization. They would not ignore every single piece of conflicting information regardless and spend what appears to be a very unreasonable amount of time trying to deliberately influence impressionable people who lack the time or inclination to check things they read.

Why? You wouldn't understand any of it and would automatically side with "one of these people"! You just made that post as an excuse to spam your crazy links.

Then don’t use them as arguments. Use them as them emoting a position. They’re worried about chemicals in the vaccine that might make their children gay? Check to see if they have a history of chemical outbreaks causing diseases to spread in the past.

 Goodness, how desperate you've become.

Because doctors and scientists from all over the globe have found graphene oxide, stainless steel particles, hydra-like creatures and more inside some vials of the potions, you are freaked out that the secret is out.

Yes, maybe you've now realized the utter futility of attempting to defend and indefensible lie.
