AOC claims women will face 'genital examinations' if biological men barred from female sports

I mean men were forced to compete with men for decades. Was there some Michigan State level cover up going on? I'm not really seeing the connection here.

This is next level stupid, even for a squad member. They're approaching the point where they're parodying themselves. Who applies such dumb logic in an effort to permit men to compete against women?

My only question is:

If aoc has time to bring up an issue like this, why is she not trying to STRENGTHEN laws to punish rapists, home invaders, and criminals that are actually HARMFUL TO THE TAXPAYERS SHE “CLAIMS” TO REPRESENT?

I don't believe men should play on women's sports teams if those sports are separated by gender(meaning coed teams that are meant to be coed are just fine). However, I also don't support any kind of mass investigating that would essentially be checking the genitalia of every girl who wants to play sports. However, since most sports, especially those for kids or through a school, require a physical be completed prior to playing, that physical should pretty much cover it already with no need for any additional pants checking by the school, state, or whomever.

 

How else do you prove you are a "real girl" than to have the exam she refers to? DeSantis suggested the government keep track of their periods. Do you have other ideas?

Here In Maryland, one may apply to have their birth certificate reflect a sex change.

That would assume every girls team has a trans member, which is a reach to say the least when 0.001% of kids that age identify as trans, and half of them are those who were born female. Or they can do the "real girl" physical examination.

If they were ALL trans then they would be on equal footing. 1 trans "woman" competing with mostly ACTUAL females is even worse! Whatever point you are trying to make, i don't think it worked!

 

Before trans, what did we do to ensure the division of the sexes into their respective sports? This shouldn't be this difficult.

Before it was turned into a "sky is falling" political issue, it went under the radar, - dealt at local level.

 

It's not necessary in states where the birth certificate and drivers license actually show the persons sex instead of the gender they would like to superficially present themselves as.

It may be wise to establish a federal identity for biological sex in order to make these things easier to manage. Maybe add it to the social security card or something.

DeSantis has not suggested that the government keep track of their periods. That bit of misinformation occurred when a Democrat tried to get a law passed that would bar warrants from being used to search apps relating to menstrual cycles. DeSantis opposed the bill because it would be an unprecedented restriction on warrants that has not ever been done in the entirety of the US. And he would be correct. No where is there a law that bans the use of warrants for any particular item, place, thing, or subject.

AOC is fear mongering. More than likely what will happen is if a biological male is seen to be in a bathroom then, and only then, will there be an investigation. That investigation will entail a check of the birth certificate and any medical records pertaining to the persons sex. No one need check the pants of anyone.

I didn't know Florida policies represented all republicans but thats good to know. I always appreciate enlightenment from you folks. I personally think thats a stupid bill, many other ways to find out a person's biological gender. It looks like those Florida republicans have good intentions with poor implementation!
