The blame is squarely in the people of Tx for not building supply systems to withstand big weather events. This happened in Tx in 1989, 2011, 2021. Why don't cold climate places wind power fail? Because they plan. Wind turbines and power plants are both capable of operating in cold temperatures. There are wind farms in Minnesota and Iowa, after all. But running energy facilities in icy conditions often requires weathering treatments. Its all about plan choices. I’m on a fixed rate plan that’s about 7.5¢ kWh. Mine doesn’t spike like that, but I’m sure my bill will be more expensive because the heater rarely shut off and we didn’t lose power during the worst of it, so I used more. I won’t be hit with a bill like that though. We have many providers with different plans. They picked a bad plan.

I started following her after her "Red Pill Black Woman" videos on YouTube and she has since become one of Trumps biggest supporters and leads Blexit, the movement to get blacks back to the Republican Party. I have seen her many tweets and posts and she is a very intelligent woman who is very serious about running as president. The first video of hers I watched was amazing. She was angry that the Democrats were screaming Russian collusion and was like "Do they really expect us to believe this sh*t?" I still have yet to meet a single person who voted for Trump because Russia somehow influenced them to do so. I am 100% sure she will run and very few Republican politicians will want to stand in her way. She is such a threat to the Democrats that AOC has blocked and attacked her, Chelsea Clinton publicly attacked her on twitter and the media and Ted Lieu lied and said she called Hitler great. She never said such a thing. They are scared of her.

Its safe to assume plenty of people will find they will only be receiving a refund of their premiums paid, instead of any real coverage. Thats perhaps where most of the aid will go to.
