Texas is not going going blue in this election or the next or in the foreseeable future. Biden blew that with his criminal immigration policy, which is destroying Texas. Hispanics are converting Republican in record numbers. Sorry, but a blue Texas is a pipe dream.

I have a friend that lives in Belize with his wife. He loves it. It’s reasonably safe, no cartel shoot outs.

Your problem is that you can't prove what you say with numbers.

    Unlike me.

Hispanic Women Powering GOP Gains in South Texas February 07, 2022

In places where Donald Trump made some of his biggest inroads with Hispanic voters, women are playing a key role in the Republican Party's growth....

Just when the businesses and workers that fled blue states started putting down roots. Do you see California as a good example for the rest of the country?

They say death and taxes are the only guarantees, but I say too many people have figured out how to wiggle out of taxes. Nobody beats death.

Texas can beat the disease called liberalism!

I agree. Eventually TX will need a desalination plant too.

I spent a lot of time at Ft Hood, KilleenTX. The areas south like Georgetown are nice, and I did like the alternative rock stations at Waco. Of course been to 2 Cowboy games !!!

16 of the 20 richest states in the country are blue.

18 of the 20 poorest are red.

Do you think it's a coincidence?

I am talking about regular people. While CA may be the 5th largest economy in the world, they still lead the nation in poverty. How come dems have high revenue combined with the highest taxes and regular people are worse off?

You obviously know NOTHING about Texas. Your ignorance is stunning. Drive on Interstate 10 from El Paso east. You will drive through Texas for hundreds and hundreds of miles... green... plush... not a desert in sight. Please stick to what you know... and that sure isn't Texas.

What it means is that you're a proponent of that "Great Replacement" theory.

    That's interesting.

The first time a Democrat candidate says he/she is for "gun control"... they lose the election. Texas loves freedom.... low taxes... no China Virus Tyranny... no racist CRT indoctrination for our kids... libs don't stand a chance here in Texas.

That must be why Beto changed his public position on guns.

If the Republicans dominated the political landscape in the US, you would see it as the triumph of freedom over communism/tyranny/marxism/socialism.

As soon as an American passes high school, they have a 55% chance of voting Democrat.

By the time they get to university, it's 60%.

Education is the kryptonite of conservatism.

That's what I think of your pseudo theory of the Great Replacement.

Not "education". Degrees in history, English, Philosophy, Women's Studies and other FLUFFY degrees. All thos degrees deal with "touchy-feely" emotional efforts.

REAL education isn't about "touchy-feely"... its about the THird Law of Themodynamics, calculus and such. Liberals strum guitars but can't tell you about how your iPhone works. Republicans design and build iPhones. I am an engineer with years of experience with Boeing and Lockheed. My best friend is the Chief Optical Scientist for DARPA. Liberals think a philosophy major is "educated". Republicans think Physicists and similar are educated.

Then how is the left losing control so quickly? If all that mattered was diplomas and degrees (lol @ you thinking that means something) then what gives?

This is why the left touting 'education' is so laughable. A lefty will consider a Banana Republic employee with a degree in philosophy and $80k in student loan debt 'educated' like it's a positive thing and the debt free welder making $80k a year as 'uneducated' like it's a negative thing.
