    There’s no doubt that they have immigrated to Russia not from Huaxi Village.
    There are a lot of other depressed areas (and poor ppl) in strong China.

    there's the poor and 'the poor' - a tricky political argument they use these days, because being poor in China and being poor in, say, Britain are completely different things: in China you buy foodstuffs at cheap price and get help from your neighbours, while in Britain you get evicted and end up in prison or a mental house.

    Since when has the Kremlin not been paranoid?

    But yes, things are getting pretty bad. I expect the equivalent of Hitler's enabling act (the act that gave him complete control) to pass soon for Putin. They probably aren't satisfied with the wide scale election fraud, that act would be much more efficient.

    It’s a bullship. Take Moscow, now some Moscow districts’re like the “little Baku”, “little Tajikistan” and Chinatown all rolled into one. And you can see the same things in the West.

    You have written a complete crap. In Russia the migration's problem is considered the illegal labor migration that is coming to Russia from the impoverished republics .... stan . And all that illegal migration spreading across all over Russia.

    these aren't the same things. Moscow is a valid choice of emigrating to, completely unadvertised, unlike the West that has always been cracked up as the place to be while in fact being a trap for misguided deceived immigrants.

    I wouldn't want to live there, if only for the concerning political situation.
    Putin for all intents and purposes is a dictator, and the largest opposition party are fascoid Stalinists - allowed to live and lovingly cultivated by the ruling party.

    Russia has a beautiful culture and in more stable circumstances I wouldn't mind living there - but Russian is hard to learn for an English speaker, even the basics.
