You allow? Are you king? Who are you to change the wording of the second amendment?

The Constitution doesn't allow for a king, why are you liberals so authoritarian? Can't you just enjoy freedom for one lousy second? Must you ruin everything with your incessant desire for despotism?

Oh hell yes. When men were hardly regulated, they all later died. Why Democrats have this fetish and need to claw out regulations truly puzzles me. I date their rash rush to new laws all the time to the era of FDR. Have you heard FDR give a talk when he lived on radio? I used to listen to him during WW2. Democrats try to whip the public into obeying them all the time. I do not see an end to their proclivity for new laws.

Who are you to allow anything then? No infringements on arms. Period.

    Right?

Most tanks are classified as weapons of mass destruction, and require a lot of permits, they also are not allowed on most roads due to the weight and other safety factors. It varies by state. Best to start at the state level and move upward, as most state regulations on such things just mirror federal law anyway...

No it isn't, tanks are systems, and parts of those systems belong within the realm of other regulatory agencies, such as Department of Transportation. If this stuff is too confusing, go back to the street corner and ask people to hand in their guns, adults are talking here...

Semantics. Guns are systems. Just left wing rewriting of arms.

I get it, its to complicated for you, you can run along now. There might be a child somewhere making a finger gun you can chastise, but this clearly isn't the place for you...

The wording on the second amendment is quite clear. No infringement on arms.

Have you ever read the second amendment? Lol

Why do you believe in regulations so massive when weighed they amount to hundreds of pounds more of them?

Complex systems belong within the bounds of various departments, making them more than simple arms. A naval vessel is not simply 'arms' but a system that must adhere to multiple standards. The arms contained a naval vessel may not be infringed but the vessel itself must still meet standards to remain at sea. If you still don't understand, just go away, or start paying a tutoring fee...

Oh there it is in the second amendment....no infringement on arms except for complex systems. It's right there. How could I have missed it?

    Shall not be infringed......no exceptions!!!

If you have come to see the light, then I'm glad I could be of assistance. I shall remember this and copy and paste your pro-freedom response very time you call for new infringements on the rights of my fellow Americans. There is no such thing as sarcasm in text. Your words will doom your future gun grabbing ventures...

I have always found the key to handgun control is a proper stance.
