Well this opinion of manipulators and liars of politicians. Let now better the court understand, that is a better than to shoot like in the southeast...
The Ukrainian politicians several times spoke that will take the Russia to the International Court of Justice. Good luck. Ukraine has no chances. The matter is that "legally significant documents which have included the Crimea or Sevastopol in structure of the state territory of Ukraine, they don't have". And here documents in the Russian advantage are available good for Russia ( before russian politicians did bad... but made it secure) Transfer of the Crimea from structure of RSFSR in structure of Ukraine SSR isn't lawful and has no validity.(date 5.02.1954)

    - The resolution is dated on May 21, 1992. This document was born very difficult, very difficult. Over it historians, diplomats, experts in the sphere of the political relations, developments of the South of Russia perfectly knowing a long way, Taurida, and also on archives studying how this South as Sevastopol and other cities was under construction accustomed worked.

    - And the second document is dated on July 9, 1993 …

I do not need any proofs. I think it is redicolous to demand proofs for what is so obvious. We all saw the green soldiers from russia, we all saw that pro-ukrainians have been terrorised by them (I mean do you speak german? If you want proofs, simply go down date by date in the archivs of german news and watch. It speaks for itself. Such people who wanted to vote for Ukraine, have been beaten up by the pro-russian mob, backed by the fascist soldiers of the fascist Russia ordered from the Junta in Moscow).

So stop inhere to demand proofs for obvious things, it makes me laugh. Watch the news!

But once , only THAT single time more, I do you a favour

    WATCH THEM

The right way would have been to send 200 000 turkish troops from the UN and to force the russian military to go back to Russia. UN is the right force and Turkey the right nation to take care for the safety in the region in case ukrainians and russians cannot handle.

Russian troops should never have been allowed there. Scum.

"Oh no, they are not russian soldiers on Crimea"
"Oh, I honor their professional actions"

Pro russian-terrorists are nororious dangerious liars and think you can get away with that?

Your statement are provocations. Crimea is Ukraine! Imagine I declare Moscow as OURS and I think german troops should take it. Sounds familiar, hugh?

Ukraine does not belong to you. Russia did garantuee that. So stop telling inhere that you do not need permission. Russians are foreigners in Crimea.

And yes. The weaker fascism is, the better the rest of the world can get along with Russia. Russia is a paria, an outsider, the monster everybody does hate. Russians did cause that and that will increase every day fascist Russia is continuing its aggressions.

Have you tried to report the hateful blanket statements about Russians and pro-Russians (including women and children), that are presumably legitimate targets of the pro-Bandera government in Kiev?

I have done this many times, but I cannot see any results.

The arctic is not russian. Russia should keep away from the arctic.

To have gas and oil is a joke. I always feel amused when I see Saudi Arabia and how helpless they are. They do have oil and nobody to built anythink.

Russia is a helpless country. They do not handle anything a little more complicate and complex in industrial production. China? China is producing billions of tons of plastic toys, textiles, just junk for low prices.

Is Russia intrested to do such great industrial achievement with the chinese? Goahead, Russia by that must get used to chinese salaries and they are lower than low. Wellcomed to Third world standarts for 80% of its populations, wellcome to extreme poverty in russian society forever.

Russia is an underdevelopped country with gas and oil what will end, with a stupit arrogant aggressive president who hates homosexuals, who hates democracy who doesn't understand industrial approval and who things windfarms are stupit - that tells all inhere...

Russia will stay in that artificial economical boom what will immediately be stopped the day gas and oil are finish.

So far, Russia is unable to produce anything useful in industry. It does import all needed industrial things.

And that Putin does consider as a "power".

Russia is the economical dwarf with a loud aggressive mouth unable to get that the next new war will be done by economical weappons. My country will be prepared, it did beat those speculators in the euro - crisis who did bet against the EURO. Soon, these speculators will bet against the Rubel. I allready see how Putin will react:

He will organise a referendum supported by his army that the Rubel will stay stable. And if the Rubel has a crash, he will demand nukes.

Jeanette, Russia nowdays is an aggressive bear in the age of Zoo gardens. He is in the Zoo and unable to realise that the frest where he once terrorised the rabbits disappeared. That fact that inside that Zoo he still bothers all other animals wont disturb the lord of the Zoo.

The lord of the Zoo is called financial economy. Putins (!) Russia is a stupit ennoying aggressive child, going wild and thinking the world will do what it wants.

    Great!

Erdogan tries to use the Turks that live in Germany as a "Turkish Lobby" to promote Turkish interests.
He even made open statements about this.

    There is another important point.

The USA and EU are not meritocracies any more.

These countries look today like the former SU, that cared more about some stupid ideology, than about the real life.

For example, the SU had "ethnic quotas".

People with a higher IQ could not get the best education and after that the best jobs in the SU, because many places and positions had to be occupied by ethnic minorities, by party members, that was motivated by Soviet ideology about equality and the leading role of the Party.

Today we have the same ideology in the USA and in the EU.

There are quotas for ethnic and sexual minorities, quotas for women etc. People with "wrong" political views are often excluded.

The western system is not "colour blind", the system discriminates against the high-IQ people and favours people with a mediocre IQ but "right" skin colour, non-traditional sexual oriention, correct political orientation or frustrated feminists.

As a result, you have a lot of people with a mediocre IQ in western governments who can only repeat politically correct slogans but fully ignore the real life.

    It is even worse!

Not only the political elite and the officials are often represented by corrupt, stupid (but politically correct) individuals!

Today even private companies cannot hire the workforce they need!

Every private company is forced to hire its workforce according to quotas. They have to hire a definite number of people with the "right" skin colour, the non-traditional sexual orientation, disabled (even mentally disabled) people, ets.

In the RF they abolished these things, the RF is more a meritocracy today, than the USA or EU.

As a result, more talented people (their gender, skin colour, political or sexual orientation is their "private problem") are in leading positions in the RF, because this state is a pragmatic and a colour blind state.

As a result, we have on the one side Putin, Lavrov and other high-IQ-Persons.

On the other hand we had W Bush...
His follower has a higher IQ, but he was elected because of his skin colour.

The Ivy League, the FED and other institution in the USA hire people and admit students not due to their merit, but due to ethnic, religious, ideological and other criteria (the same in the EU), and that is the reason why USA and EU are becoming more and more "politically correct" multicultural ...basket cases.

High-IQ people from the Russian elite can see that, and that is why they smile and neglect to pay back the idiotic and vulgar statements of Obama, Kerry etc. with the same currency.

The corrupt and low-IQ western elite DOES NOT WANT OR IS TOO AFRAID TO SEE THE REALITY, and that is the reason why the west looks so silly today, when they talk about the "civilised world".

    :D

    - First of all I'm Ukrainian and I live in Ukraine. So Ukraine is belong to me because i'm a citizen of that country. The fact that Crimea is not a part of my country any more is very hard to me. But I know situation much better then foreigners and understands why it happens. Before Maydan, before overthrow of the government nobody can even imagine such events.

    - I just asked you to give a proof where people in Crimea votes under the guns of Russian army. All you give is four photos of some unknown soldiers - one from Slavyansk, other three is from unknown places. Nothing related to the voting process. It is not a proof it is just a statement.

    - Maybe it is obvious to you but law can operate only facts and evidences. That is why judgment is a objective process not just personal blame.

    - You spend a lot of time to make a post, to add useless photo and said that some german media gave proofs in the past news. Why just not provided a link to that proofs?

Also asked protection for Russia that and they began the same lawlessness how in Kiev. (it everything is available in a network - google it ! )

If Russia does steel away the arctic from the others as from Norway, Canada or the US, it will cause a Nato strike on Russia.

Some parts of the arctic might also be russian, but not "the arctic". The agressive claims of Putin on the arctic is risking to be answered by war.

That will not be tolerated! Hands away from Arctic. Russia must get the lesson to learn what does belong to Russia and what does not belong to Russia. Norway, Canada and the USA are not Ukraine. They will respond!

Tatares are 18% of the Crimeans. They did not want to be part of Russia.

So why the result was 97% for Russia?

    The answer is clear....

The Ukrainian mass media about the Crimea. Soon in the Crimea hunger will begin. In shops everything is empty...

people from the Crimea speak from Xexen
    Never happen it.
Specially I ran today on the market to take some pictures with food :) and price tags. Let fascists start up a saliva and envy http://www.aftershock.su/?q=node/231975#at_pco=smlwn-1.0&at_si=5396b47f2199b2ba&at_ab=per-3&at_pos=0&at_tot=1

I came into Facebook on pages of the acquaintances from the western Ukraine... Also it is shocked... It seems were normal people, and appeared... With what fierce hatred they post any rubbish about inhabitants of the Crimea as they hate us. On the one hand they sacredly believe that Russia occupied us, but with another right there barefaced rejoice to overlapping of the North Crimean channel and wait when all inhabitants of the Crimea will die from thirst and hunger.

    from Шабур
I too shocked from the such. I think all of them understand that nobody occupied the Crimea, but don't admit it even to itself. from here schizophrenia.

    from y78ki9
Yes you simply think over a situation: from the greedy Ukrainian something took away! Yes something isn't simple, and the Crimea! From here and (*)(*)(*)(*) fountains.

    12 % after ethnic cleansing?

    http://www.welt.de/politik/ausland/article127659418/Krimtataren-auf-der-Flucht-im-eigenen-Land.html

    I translate the first part...

"After the annexation of Crimea by Russia many Tatars fled to Lviv, Ukraine. They fall through the social safety net, because they are not considered as refugees, but as Ukrainian citizens."

"More than 500 Tatars have come since connecting the peninsula to Russia in the western Ukrainian Lviv. Some have left their homes for fear of political persecution"

That was the 06.05! Now a few thousands did leave. Russia is guilty for the second ethnic cleansing of the TRU and REAL citizin of Crimea!

You do not have to apoligize for not speaking german. Absoluetely no reason. But if you could, you would here about other stories than the permanent nationalistic "dawai dawai Rossjia, huraaaahhhh" bawling of the fascist russian media.

    more:

"However, anyone who criticizes the self-proclaimed Crimean government, to feel the hard hand of the Kremlin. On weekends Aksionows government refused the Tatar leader Mustafa Dschemilew entry to the peninsula. The 70-year-old MP was chairman of the Mejlis, the Assembly of the Crimean Tatars. The former Soviet dissident criticizes Russia's annexation of the Crimea, and was punished with a five-year ban on entry."

Shame on Russia, shame about fascist Putin.

No I did none of that. I am not Ukrainian. I began looking at this situation on neither side, just out of interest. Due to first getting my information from RT, my bias even though it was not strong as I knew I did not know the other side was Russian. It is exceedingly difficult not to have a blind bias if you only get your information from one side and do not look at the other. I got interested in the situation which was completely new to me and have been studying it for 3 or 4 months now, more through academic papers than news papers.

My research leaves me to believe that your criticism of Ukraine is not fair and I dealt with that at the end.

To be frank I find it hard to understand what you are saying. I don't want this deflected from what it was which is Russia's destabilising of Ukraine because of her need to have it in her Eurasian Union. I am certain that is the basis of the havoc which is being created there at the moment. The revolution only created the means for Russia to work with her misinformation and so on to stir people up. Ukraine is within the boundaries that the US, UK and Russia promised would not be interfered with when she gave up her Nuclear weapons. That is Ukraine. That was accepted then.

I will though deal with the millions of Ukrainians killed which is now well documented. The more I read about these people the more I like them. They have guts and have been working to get to the truth these last years.

About 11-13 million Ukrainians also died in WW2. Apart from that they died due to Stalin's madness. Killing many of his top military and others. In addition
    http://www.ukemonde.com/genocide/margolisholocaust.html

Then you have something like 7 - 10 milliion killed in the Holodomer

    http://www.ukemonde.com/genocide/margolisholocaust.html

also dealt with well here http://www.day.kiev.ua/en/article/close/so-called-holodomor

In particular they speak of the need for Ukrainians to deny their Nationality and claim to be Russians in order to survive and that the places left by the dead were filled with Russians. The same happened in Crimea, after the ethnic cleansing which led to the death of half the Crimean Tartars, Russians took their place. Before that there were not many Russians apart from the nobility living there. Many are living in the houses of the Tartars who were cleansed. Not nice but true.

Ukraine wants to move towards Europe. She is fed up being exploited and having her resources stolen. Russia requires her to be part of her Custom and Eurasian Union. Moving to the EU would not allow that to happen. Through disinformation and other methods of destabilising, for instance her agents in Ukraine she has created the current situation but for one reason only - because she needs Ukraine in her Eurasian Union. The Eurasian Union it is hoped may one day even reach Dublin!! http://www.4pt.su/en/content/aleksandr-dugin’s-foundations-geopolitics though most of the time the idea is to isolate the UK (the US's poodle) It would be an authoritarian world anti liberal values, not democratic and would treat minorities as second class citizens - of course would be anti gay and the intent is Christian. The article above describes it as fascist. Please try and read it when you have a moment this time because this is what this is all about.

Most Crimean Tatars call themselves Russians, because they are already assimilated, their first language is Russian and it is natural that most of these people were not happy with Uranian nationalism, and they voted for the reunification with RF.

Most of them were not born on the Crimean Peninsula, but in Middle Asia, because the entire group was deported, there were less than 2% Tatars on the Crimean Peninsula in Soviet times.

Before the deportation there were less than 20% Tatars on this peninsula.

Ethnic cleansing was done many times:

    - the greek turkish "cleaninsing" after WW1
    - the "cleansing" of polish after 1939 in Gdansk / Danzig and West-Prussia (done by germans) and again after 1945 (done by russians and ukrainians)
    - the cleansing of the french in Dép. 67,68,57 done by germans (Alsace-Lorraine)
    - the cleansing of Wolga - Germans by russians and Tatares by russians in the 40ties
    - the cleansing of germans in Königsberg 1945 and other parts of West Poland / ex East Germany (done by russians and polish)
    - the extreme brutal cleansing of croations and bosniaks and albainians from serbian mass murders...

now again cleansings ...of Tatares, Ukrainians from pro-russian fascists, directed by Putin...

The pro-russian terrorists came by Russia into the country and encouraged some local alcoholics, local criminals and homeless russians to join - bandits, mafia, prostitution, drugs, hooligans...all you can find among Putins fascho-mob.

I never want to see such scum in my country. Some of the russian nationalists in my country do allready try to influence the germans. I think that is criminal.

Russians who do such job, should get a stamp in the passport, removed the Aufenthaltstitle (Visa), put in planes and go back to mother Russia!

I do not tolerate armed pro-russians in Germany. If they appear in Germany, german police should act and be harsh and taff. These hooligans will only understand that harsh reaction.

To Ukraine Germany should help as much as possible. That great democracy what did fight so bravely at the Maidan really should get our solidary.

It is wonderful that you and Litwin talk about the crimes, committed by the anti-Christian Bolsheviks against Russian and Ukrainian Christians, but the Russian Federation has nothing to do with these crimes, and Russian Christians were victims, too.

What has the Russian Federation to do with Holodomor or other crimes, committed by the Soviets against Ukrainians, Russians and other Christians?

This state did not exist till the collapse of the Soviet Union, and the RSFSR was not a state, it was just a Soviet Republic, like the Soviet Ukraine.

    From your quote:

Stalin was a Georgian, a compatriot of Saakashvili, the guy that tried to eat his own cravat.

    Sending?

As we see, Kaganovitch was born in the Ukraine, he was a non-Christian Ukrainian, there was no need to send him into Ukraine, he was born there.

Yagoda was a non-Christian Russian, yes, he was sent to Ukraine.

Molotov was a Russian, his wife was Jewish.

As we see, from the 4 people you have quoted that you believe are responsible for the Genocide against Ukrainians only one was an ethnic Russian.

Kaganovitch, whom you called Soviet Eichman and who was the main responsible for these crimes, was a Jewish Ukrainian.

What has Russia to do with the crimes of a Jewish Ukrianian, committed against Ukrainians?

Read Solzhenitsyn's work "Two Hundred Years Together", if you want to know more.

BTW, do not forget to mention, that the controlled Western Media did not tell the truth about Stalin and Kaganovich to the western people.

Prominent Zionists, like Albert Einstein, refused to criticize Stalin.

Einstein was an admirer of Stalin despite his crimes against Christians.

Roosevelt was an admirer of Stalin, too.

Western Media presented the Uncle Joe as a "good guy", that is the reason why the people in the West did not mind when Uncle Joe became an ally of Western powers in WWII.

American Banks supported Stalin with money despite his crimes against the Christians in the USSR, there was no embargo.

Why did American bankers support Stalin, speak Communism?

Well, this may be the clue:

Harry Dexter White was not the only prominent American that was an admirer of Stalin and his GULAG-System!

As we see, American establishment was subverted by Communists, that is why Stalin and Kaganovic could get away with their crimes, there were no sanctions against the Soviet regime, and absolute silence in American media about the crimes, committed by these bastards against Russian and Ukrainian Christians.

and yet Russia worships Stalin the mass-butcher like he is a saint and plasters his face all over buses. Looks like Russia thinks Stalin was a hero and his crimes were all lies.

    That is another disinformation.

There was no ethnic group, called "Ukrainians", till the Bolshevik Revolutions.

These people called themselves Small Russians.

And here is the statistic of the ethnic composition of the Crimean peninsula before WWII (1939):

    Russians 49.6%
    Ukrainians 22.3%
    Crimean Tatars 19.4%
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crimea

As we see, the majority of population defined themselves as "Russians" even before WWII, and the Ukrainians easily assimilate with Russians, that is the reason why today most inhabitants call themselves Russians.

The same with all regions of the Sout-East Ukraine.

This linguistic map shows the ethnic situation in the Soviet-Borders-Ukriane.

It does not matter what was the native language of their ancestors, today most Russian speakers define themselves as Russians, and they will fight against the pro-Bandera government that wants to impose upon them a foreign language.

Yes the overwhelming majority of the world community who voted for the resolution are all liars and manipulators and yet the fascist authoritarian and totalitarian states like Russia, Cuba, and North Korea who voted against it are all above board.

Your knowledge of international law is laughable to say the least, the ICJ only has jurisdiction in cases in which both nations agree to the trial and abide by its rulings beforehand, Russia will never agree to it. What we need in this matter is a special tribunal of Putin and his minions for war crimes along the lines of the Nuremberg trials and that of Milosevic.

What the (*)(*)(*)(*) are you blathering about? The Crimea is internationally recognized sovereign Ukrainian territory it was transferred legally to the Ukraine under the Soviet Union and voted to remain a part of the Ukraine after the fall of the Soviet Union, both the Ukrainian Constitution and the Crimean Constitution recognize Ukrainian sovereignty over the Crimea, quite frankly you don't have a clue about what you're talking about.

If you're going to spout your laughably nonsensical Kremlin propaganda then at least make sure you get your Russian to English translations correct because I can't understand hardly a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing word you're saying. FYI Russia recognized Ukrainian sovereignty over the Crimea in 1994, buy a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing history book.
