The never-ending encroachment of Big Brother.

I would be 100% for people tracking if it can be used to catch all kidnappers, pedophiles and rapists.

I thought about this, but I am low exposure, take precautions, and won't probably get it.

    I am not.
-i have an excellent immune system
-i make sure to get all the proper nutrients i need to fight disease
-i dont have any comorbidities associated with covid injury/death
-the govt is not disseminating vaccine data in a manner that suggests competency and honesty
-vaccine manufacturing corporations are protected (in the US) from liability damages from vaccine injuries/deaths, and I don't trust the govt to hold them sufficiently accountable to ensure they put out a safe product (and I sure as hell dont trust they'd put out a safe one on their own while immune from liability).

In short, I consider the vaccine to be a bigger risk to my health than the virus.

Statistically, you 'probably' won't get it. And you 'probably' won't spread it to anyone who gets seriously ill or who themselves secondhand also spreads it to someone else who does . The question I have for you, is which of those improbable but definitely possible outcomes, troubles you more, than getting a shot that reduces both risks of one or both?

The idea that I am more likely to play a role and harm someone else, however inadvertently, and that someone could end up sitting in a hospital for days or weeks only to leave with permanent damage to one or more vital organs, is more than enough to get that shot and suffer some aches in my left arm for a day.

I knew before this vaccine came out, that I am a lot healthier than a lot of people I come in contact with, that that has to be part of this equation from a simple human level. I knew old people, diabetics, people with renal failure and CHF, asthmatics, people with physical disabilties. I sure as hell walked near enough to them occasionally here and there. It has to be part of my calculation.

I'm guessing you are in your 30s or 40s. And good health. Well that does minimise your chances of dying, you might just, worst case scenario end up with long-term issue or two.

I'm sorry that you don't trust your CDC and government. Perhaps they deserve it, I don't know...

P.s. You could look overseas to see how they do it because they use the same vaccines...

I already did and it makes ZERO sense for the government to have a RANDOM chip wandering around in your body.

Animals that are chipped have it placed just under the skin at the back of the neck so that ALL vets know where to scan so that they can read the chip.

How does the government scan your chip with it might be in your ass or your little toe or your small intestine or any other odd place in your body from one moment to the next?

How does the government know WHICH chip ended up in YOUR body since NONE of them are PREPROGRAMMED with YOUR personal details BEFORE you get the jab?

Even if the chip does have a RANDOM number programmed into it HOW do they connect that random number with YOU exactly? If the number is associated with the batch of viruses how do they know where and when and who was vaccinated with them?

Essentially the ENTIRE bovine excrement about the IMAGINARY chip in the vaccines FALLS APART the moment anyone uses even a SMIDGEON of CRITICAL THINKING to examine the concept.

So given the above it is patently clear that YOU never took your own advice to "think about it".

    SAD!

Agreed. This is why all children should be electronically tagged with hidden trackers at birth. Besides keeping children from becoming lost it would prevent the instances where children are abducted and kept as sex slaves by perverts for literally YEARS. These horrifying incidents are becoming almost commonplace

It goes beyond the and/or thing. I got vaccinated because I believe it may or will probably help me in regards to the virus. I don't know that it will. I'm hoping. The odds are in my favor. But, with mutations happening on a regular basis I don't KNOW that the vaccine will work on everything the virus throws our way. And, mutations happen for a number of reasons, including from the very vaccine itself. I just couldn't pull the trigger on option "1" because, in my opinion, it is worded with a prejudice in mind.

No prejudice intended. I considered making it say "I believe..." but figured I would end up in this same debate but with someone who took offense to the notion that vaccine effectiveness might be in question. Damned if I do, damned if I don't I guess...

I have been exposed with no effect. I still test positive for the antibodies 1 year later. I test every 2 months when I donate blood. When I no longer have the antibodies, I will consider the vaccine, but not until then. How long does the vaccine last? Why are they already promoting boosters? Why are vaccinated people getting sick just as often as unvaccinated people? I know somebody who died a month ago from covid and I'm pretty sure he was vaccinated.

I am not taking a vaccine because I got the actual thing and my body overcame it.

That is fine until you encounter a variant. They you may die. The vaccines will be adjusted if needed. You immune system can't be adjusted without exposure and the potential for serious illness.

How many antibodies do you have compared to vaccinated people? You may have far less protection.

We don't know that is true. And almost no one hospitalized is vaccinated. The vaccination protects against severe illness even with the Delta variant.

No he wasn't. The only exception would be if he was highly immune compromised. No one without other serious medical issues who is vaccinated, is dying from Covid.

The vaccines do not produce immune memory like the actual virus does.

If infected as time goes on the natural immunity diminishes but never really disappears as immune remnants settle in the bone marrow. Blood T-cells will still recognize the virus and gear up the body to respond. That could last the rest of your life.

One doctor video I watched said that if the virus developed into a new strain then your immunity might not respond but then neither would the experimental treatment if that particular protein spike was no longer present.

But vaccinations can be adjusted without having to kill you to do it. ;)

Evidence shows that natural immunity starts to wane after as little as a few months. Early on we saw people who were infected twice.

I heard from some dude on Facebook that a huge amount of people will die in the next two years after getting the shot.
