    Nope.
I do recall that the jew state demanded people to leave their homes. So that Jew state massacred the Arab children in 1 school building.
The UN denied there were weapons at that school. Not that it matters. It would otherwise still be a war crime them Jews committed.
But leave it to fanatic racist Jews to justify the massacre of Arab children.

And this what the US did is nothing different.
They knew what they targeted. Hence it's a war crime to massacre doctors.

Cite where it states enemy combatants center derive safe harbor in buildings marked as hospitals and civilians should consider themselves free on danger by remaining in a combat zone.

    - - - Updated - - -

No a war zone but there are areas of active combat and if you choose to remain you will find yourself in danger.

When the Geneva Conventions were drafted the writers could have never foreseen your creative acrobatics.

You still haven't read them obviously. They're pretty clear - a hospital may not be attacked. There is no section of the Conventions that say "a hospital may be attacked if weird conditions defined by Bluesguy exist".

KABUL, Afghanistan —Doctors Without Borders said Sunday that it was withdrawing from Kunduz, a day after its hospital there was hit by what appeared to be an American airstrike, leaving the remaining residents in the embattled northern Afghan city even more vulnerable.

The aid organization also raised the death toll in Saturday’s airstrike on the hospital, saying that three more patients had died, raising the total fatalities to 22 —10 patients and 12 staff members. The charity has said that at least three of the dead patients were children, and that 37 people were wounded in the attack.

“No medical activities are possible now in the MSF hospital in Kunduz, at a time when the medical needs are immense,” said Tim Shenk, a spokesman for the organization in New York.

The charity, known internationally as Médecins Sans Frontières, or MSF, called on its Twitter feed for an independent investigation, “under the clear presumption that a war crime has been committed.”

“Not a single member of our staff reported any fighting inside the hospital compound prior to the US airstrike on Saturday morning,” it said. “The hospital was repeatedly & precisely hit during each aerial raid, while the rest of the compound was left mostly untouched.”

When the Geneva Convention was called, the wars were quite gentlemanly and the armies consisted of mostly 'Christian' kingdoms. Not that any warfare should be condoned since it was the poor who were being killed, but civilizing laws especially in warfare has ceased to exist... thanks to the drunk Sherman who decided to bring the war to the people.

They were still civilized enough not to kill civilians...except for maybe some rogues. ..after all we were still a Christian nation and some things were off limits...or so I believe.

Representatives of the Doctors without Borders organization declared the following: "Exact coordinates were reported to all parties several times within the last months, the last time on September 29". And, as victims and eyewitnesses confirm, this attack on the purpose perfectly knows proceeded thirty more minutes after in Washington and in Kabul it was already known of the events.

"After the first airstrikes near our hospital we reported to the American military about our location", - the representative of "Doctors without borders" declared to the Der Spiegel magazine. "The American military knew where there is our hospital, - emphasized in the organization. - Responsibility lies first of all on them".

Why does it have to be a combat zone?

Nothing who can do? What, the US? Would you have the same opinion if a foreign air strike took out a hospital on US soil?

ISIS is in Syria and Iraq, not Afghanistan.

Again, would you like to present any evidence that this was the case in the Medicine san Frontier run hospital. Why would the medical admin staff be in contact with the US army asking them not to bomb their hospital, and forget to tell them that there were a gang of terrorists camped in the basement. This could have been the case, but I would say that it would be a highly unlikely scenario. MedicineSF representatives, who were in the building, would surely have spotted them, no?

I read an account by a German colonel in France who said that in the Western part of Europe they respect the Geneva conventions, while in the Eastern front, anything goes. In other words, when one side resorts to killing civilians, then the other side will respond accordingly.

I guess then you feel knocking down the WTC was an adequate response, but to what? What were they responding to? As far as I know, Osama Bin Laden was upset that the American army was in Saudi Arabia. But weren't they invited there? Why did he feel everything is an insult to Islam?

Did the terrorists do it because of the American support of Israel, but as far as I can tell the terrorists aren't fighting Israel. They are killing Christians and Alawites, who have not hurt anyone. Seems there is an innate hatred in jihadists...which can only come from feelings of nationalism and supremacism towards their faith....which doesn't say much for the kind of 'god' they worship. He certainly is not the same as our Christian God, Who represents selfless Love and Creation... not destruction and self love.

I said... if you re-read... "or it might be the typical case of the terrorists taking over the building next door to it knowing they are a hospital and off the bombing target list"....

did you completely and utterly forget that by the end of the possibly explinations why this may have happened... it was a multi-building complex... often in these current world examples, terrorists take over buildings near targets they want to protect, in order to avoid getting bombed... and the people doing the bombing said they saw people on the roof shooting out at soldiers who ordered the strikes... so this almost matches up exactly with what I said... the hospital staff very well might not have know the terrorists were in buildings in the same complex, or on the roof of their own building, accessed through one of the other buildings... hoping to shield themselves from retaliation from the soldiers...

have you never been in a war zone to comprehend this simple logic and strategy being employed by them today? if not thats okay, there are thousands of reports of this very things stretching back to the world wars... where sides would employ this strategy or paint red crosses on buildings which other soldiers were ordered never to fire upon and avoid fighting there... this is nothing new... and what I said is a potential reason... I never said it was the factual event...

pause before replying and read things over again if you must...

I wonder if those bombings have a purpose. It looks more like they do it just to show they are doing something, killing no terrorists at all, often endangering civilians, then fly home and call it a victory.

But the doctors were in contact with the army, so no matter how you look at it, it is a war crime. The question is, why would the US do it, unless they want all European witnesses to leave so they could commit a crime of an even greater magnitude...such as a gas attack, and genocide. I hope I'm wrong.

Not that I condone any terrorist activity, of any kind, but you are not serious are you? Play by what rules? The rules written in stone regarding the most powerful nation on the planet repeatedly going to war against (only) third world countries? If you want to make the rules fair, then I suggest that the US gives the terrorists a few fully supplied air craft carriers, ballistics of all ranges (with the odd uranium tip to pollute the locals and riddle the US combatants with cancer). I could go on, but I think you know what I mean. What right has the US to dictate to an impoverished people, how they can, and can't fight back when the US invades their country.

The British failed to conquer Afghanistan, the Russian failed, what makes you think that the US can succeed?

When the coalition went in to Afghanistan following 9/11, I was mostly in favour of what they were trying to achieve. That was almost a decade and a half ago.

I wonder if Washington told the doctors not to go to Afghanistan for their own nefarious reasons, and felt the only way they could enforce it was by killing a few dispensable doctors and patients?

Boy I have a suspicious nature, but after all the lies said about the Russians killing civilians, does anyone blame me?

Er, what does Syria today have to do with 9/11?

Nevertheless, individuals on camels don't perform well against battleships. Do you get my drift?

As to the Christian god, he is paganistic. Christians need to blind reason with all that "love" so they won't have to face the reality of their twisted beliefs. They have completely dumped rationality for the sake of feeling good. That's why Christianity is a feel-good religion, and that's why Jesus freaks are so crazy.

America has no use for Geneva, the UN (unless it's to exercise its veto) or the rule of law. America has made it abundantly clear that it will use force wherever it feels it is appropriate in the furtherance of "US interests".
America is the new rogue state and you better bow to the master or suffer the consequences.
