Sadly yes, its also true. When my youngster daughter tells her friends she speaks four languages (quite common in Europe) and lived in 3 countries, they look at her like... why? I don't usually tell people I've been to over 120 countries, for most of them don't even think there are so many in the world...

In other words they wanted her to depart without losing too much dignity and gave her the strong option of withdrawing her nomination. Now she should go away and think about her own stupidity and do something about her utter ignorance. I blame those that put her up to it in the first place, but this should be a lesson to all bogan wanna be politicians, not to speak on issues in a public manner that you "think you know about because you heard it in a pub or an article in the mainstream news.
