Absolutely true. But once it has been evidenced (which it has), the burden is on you not to completely ignore that evidence ( which you are). It's funny, because when you apply the same burden of proof standards to the NIST report, you quickly discover their complete lack of evidence. In fact, you actually discover that they did not look for any evidence. I find it strange that you can apply one set of standards to one side of the argument, and the opposite set of standards to the other.

No, you are lying. Post #118 proves that NIST has contradicted itself on the most fundamental points of its own report. I'm not posting it all again simply because you are incapable of remaining honest for longer than two sentences. Despite nearly two hundred eye-witness reports of phenomena consistent with a controlled demolition, NIST conducted no tests for any type of explosive, nor did it investigate demolition as a theory. That is irrefutable proof that their report is fraudulent, because it does not follow the scientific method. End of discussion.
