What the heck do you THINK he was asking for you didn't follow it at the time or something? He was requesting they aid in our investigation as required by the mutual assistance treaty just like we have with LOTS of countries.

 

Show us the formal communications that show Trump going through the proper channels to initiate a formal investigation.

Odd because you guys criticize Biden for doing what Trump did even though there is no evidence of Biden demanding any investigation into Trump.

 

I would add also that Trump actually stated in the call that he didn't necessarily want Ukraine to actually investigate it, just to announce the start of an investigation.
That statement, to me, underscores the true intent of the phone call, only to create some "dirt" on Biden, not to actually do anything about corruption.

Nope. He requested they assist in an investigation that has Hunter Biden in court right now over tax and bribery charges.

 

I've had some time to do a little digging into the details of Biden holding up SOME of the weapons to Israel, and after some scrutiny I have to agree, I think it was a fair thing to do. He only held up the sale of "dumb" bombs, 2000 lb bombs that have a large blast radius and not laser guided, so more inaccurate, causing catastrophic collateral damage. Biden feels that Israel isn't being responsible enough with them, and I agree. It was rather embarrassing nationally when the Saudis used a US purchased missile to hit a school bus full of kids in Yemen. I agree in limiting certain types of weapons to certain nations if they can't be responsible with the use of them.

 

So then why did he withhold aid? Did Trump use the treaty in investigate a political opponent? What bribery charges is Hunter facing in court?
