Not under his control? Who killed the pipeline plan?(Hint, it wasn't the bad orange man). The Democratic environmental dictatorship went about as well as the detractors said it would: Not at all. The Democrats haven't been a country first party since Kennedy was shot at the grassy knoll.
Not exactly. BUT--To the extent that GOP Voters are whining about Biden--I am just pointing out that they may have had a better chance of winning in 2020 if they hadn't nominated a Disgraced, Toxic, Candidate like Trump. A nominee like Kasich would have had a much better chance in places like PA, MI, and WI.
Well it’s obvious Biden is doing horrible and I’m glad America is picking up on it. This poll shows that your average American is intelligent enough to know that this man was a bad choice.
Kasich was no one I would vote for. I actually voted for Cruz in the primary. When the primaries came to my state he was the only one left besides Trump. But out of the whole line up I would have picked Rand Paul if he would have made it that far. To tell you the truth I would have picked a democrat over all of them in 2016. Do you remember Jim Webb? He was an outstanding candidate. He was ran out early. Hillary and Bernie doggy piled the poor guy on his NRA rating. But I liked him.
Sure thing, the "killing" of a pipeline that never existed and that was always iffy whether it really would be profitable makes worldwide oil prices shoot through the roof. That kind of logic only makes sense in RW world. Maybe Europeans should also blame Biden for their record-high gas prices. At least, then, Europeans would be like a little more by the Trumpers.
Why didn't democrats nominate someone other than a brain dead racist child sniffing groper of women? You can't blame your way out of Biden's hideous performance.
Going to see this improve when the global supply chain is replenished. I mean there are so many open jobs, you literally have to want to be unemployed.
Of the polls conducted entirely within the preceding 7 Days: Biden's numbers are 48/50/46/42/43 https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/president-biden-job-approval-7320.html#polls
Lol at your hilariously misguided hyper-partisan characterization. Biden was Nominated--Because Biden Could WIN! That said, it must be a bitter pill for the GOP to swallow--Knowing that their chosen candidate couldn't even beat "Weekend at Bernie's". Too funny
Given the Alternative? Anything (or Anybody) was preferable to 4 more years of Trump's pathetic trainwreck of destroying America..
The word you are missing is "speculation". When the markets see an anti-energy agenda by the U.S. Administration... prices soar. You're welcome.
"Media Bad!" And, if I understand correctly, you are claiming that the Voters had nothing to do with it? It was all b/c of the "major media"? Good luck with that one.
Democrats are so prone to severe exaggeration. We did not claim the pipeline would be the cure all. We claim that Biden crapped on Canada and the USA by not allowing the pipeline that was really going gangbusters until Biden pulled his stunt.
Where did the voters get their information from? Trump set a record for number of voters supporting a republican but that was despite the efforts of the media. Take CV19 deaths. They blamed Trump daily. Biden has more deaths per day than Trump had. The media is not making this all day long news as they did to Trump. It started with Obama. When he wanted the intelligence to issue a publication, they did it. So what did Obamas report declare falsely? Trump was working for Russia and loved Putin. But, Biden handed what Putin wanted in the other pipeline and that one Trump had blocked.
It's mighty sad if Biden is being blamed for continuing Trump's tariffs. I kind of do as well, though, since they really ought to have scrapped on day one of his administration. Why pressure is growing for Biden to lift Trump's tariffs as supply chain problems worsen There's a quick move President Biden could make to immediately help relieve the stress the pandemic-related supply chain crisis is having on US companies: Lift the tariffs imposed by former President Donald Trump. Trump put tariffs on roughly $350 billion of Chinese-made goods — and despite the change in administrations, those duties remain in place. American importers have paid more than $106 billion to cover the cost of those levies to date, and many of them are now facing skyrocketing shipping costs. While the Biden administration has been conducting a comprehensive review of the US-China trade policy, it has said little about restarting trade talks or lifting punitive duties. ... However, Biden is on the case and is taking measures to alleviate the situation: Biden will speak about the supply chain crisis after meeting with US port operators and carriers The US government is stepping up its efforts to relieve the supply chain nightmare that has led to shortages of some goods, higher prices for consumes and now threatens to slow the economic recovery. President Biden will meet with senior officials and stakeholders today to discuss collective efforts to address global transportation bottlenecks and then give a speech on Wednesday. Port operators, truckers' associations, labor unions and executives from Walmart, FedEx, UPS and Target will attend the talks. The White House will work with companies and ports on a "90-day sprint" to alleviate bottlenecks, according to a senior administration official. Some will start working 24/7 to address the backlogs. ... Source: (6) Why pressure is growing for Biden to lift Trump's tariffs as supply chain problems worsen (cnn.com)
The plans were laid out and construction was set to begin. So it existed, both theoretically and in concept. You own the scientific world, I own the business world. Things were at an advanced stage, so long as the government stayed out of the way which it obviously did not choose to do and then it chose to pull the plug. But if we want to speak about the European situation, it also enabled the Russians to continue to have a chokehold of their own supply so there's that as well. So much Democratic winning in the name of #resistance.
