He stopped them from giving special benefits to immigrants that regular citizens do not have access to. They made it sound like they were being denied social security benefits because they did not speak English. That's a Lie.

 

His term went to 2025 why would he think his days were numbered. Social Security is an Independent Federal Agency. It's administrators are appointed to terms so they are not subject to political whims. This may play out in court, there have been two lower court rulings but those had their own other circumstances. The appointment and term of the SSA administrator has long been apolitical. Obama and Biden blew it when they could not find an administrator and it was being severed by unconfirmed unconfirmed acting heads. Of course they were trying to get around having to have a confirmation. The courts finally ruled his last acting head could no longer use the term and Trump appointed Saul to his ten year term.

What is the cause that Biden is using to fire him? Remember when Trump fired someone and the MSM went bonkers about he had to show cause to do so when in fact that person DID serve at the pleasure of the President.

Those are funny. You know what is really bothering me? I am generally a calm and patient person. I don't get worked up over too much. The only thing that will set me off is if somebody messes with my children. Then, all hell will break loose (haven't had to go there but would in a heartbeat to protect them).

I "get" that they are dyed in the wool Republicans so they want to back their party's choice but they are bill lead down a road to total destruction. So many of those arrested after the Capitol riot said they did it for their President and what does he do? He leaves them in jail. Everything with him is always one-sided and it pains me that his supporters can't see or won't see or find a way to excuse or rationalize his outrageous behavior. He doesn't care about them. He's only in love with himself and who he can con next.

Why won't he give us a chance to miss him? You can't miss somebody if they don't go away.

Yes COVID is over time for people to get back to the office and do their work just like the private sector.

We are the owner, he is the administrator we hire, the union is the workforce. Do you understand that? He is there to represent US the TAXPAYERS not the union and the workers. If the unions don't like what he is doing then he is probably doing a good job for the taxpayer and managing our taxpayer dollars.

Has there been some higher incidence of COVID as the SSA? Yes we need to insure those hearings properly protect the US taxpayer against fraudulent claims which is the mission of the agency.
