Biden: There Is 'No Federal Solution' to COVID-19 Response

President Biden agreed with several Republican governors on Monday that there is no definitive COVID-19 response, Fox News reported.

The comments come as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have attempted to enact sweeping federal orders to mitigate the pandemic, including employer vaccine mandates.

The OSHA rule, which mandated private businesses with more than 100 employees to require vaccination or weekly testing, will be heard by the Supreme Court soon, per Fox.

During a Monday meeting, Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Ark., chair of the National Governors Association, advocated Biden to consider federalism in his administration's COVID-19 mitigation policy.

"One word of concern or encouragement for your team is that as you look towards federal solutions that will help alleviate the challenge, make sure that we do not let federal solutions stand in the way of state solutions," Hutchinson said….

Biden lied. People died. Today he tells the truth. There is no federal response to covid-19. At least from him. Now he finally wants to leave it to the states.

Biden stupidly blamed Trump for China virus deaths. Now more have died while he’s been President than before he was. Trump provided hospital ships and field hospitals and staffing for them. He provided respirators, masks, and PPE’s replenishing supplies Obama drained during a prior pandemic. Trump got us therapeutics and vaccines. Biden has done nothing but command and blame and refused the prior administrations offer to help with vaccine hesitancy. Biden said he had a plan. Now we know he never did. All he and democrats did was scaremonger over the disease and scapegoat the Trump response while showing the world that he never had a clue.

Really? Since virtually everything here and in the rest of the article at the link is a direct quote of what Biden or a Governor said, explain what is not truly quoted and then reply to the literal content of what he said instead of blindly attacking the source..

 

Context for why he was saying it. Was he really saying the states are on their own now? No. He explicitly says the feds will help state governments. So there has to be something more to it than that.
