    When is the last time y’all won the popular vote? What, 30 years ago?

    Half the nation would join with the military to defend the evangelical nationalists and gravy seals.

    You recall something about this, as if it were vague. How dishonest and self serving!

    This was June 1st 2020.

    This was the first time a sitting President had ordered members of the US military to fire on their own forces since the Bonus Army of 1932.

    There had been protests the previous two nights in teh H and K street area. Gucci Gulch was bush boarding up windows.

    Trump ordered a contingent of National Guard to guard the White House,

    And then he got the bright idea of attacking the crowd, marching across Lafayette Square, and standing in front of a Church with a Bible, jsut in time for Fox News prime time.

    What happened was one of the many low points in the malignant trump regieme. Tear gas being fired at peaceful lawfully assembled protesters.

    Trump ordered a riot. Milley openly declared that he had been sandbagged by Trump, Mike Esper would eventually resign before Trump tried something like that again. (Which would create an opportunity for Trump to try and install Kash Patel).

    they had planned to break it up before that, but they would not of had to put it into high gear if Trump would not of had the photo op

    trying to act like they would have put it into high gear even had Trump not did that is nothing but spin, damage control after the fact

    Did Trump order the military to fire on it's own forces as per what was said in post 209? Trump almost certainly had nothing to do with it and probably didn't even know about it until after it happened.

    I don't have audio right now and I certainly wouldn't trust anything that came out of CNN. Can you show me the order Trump gave. If you have video of him giving such an order I'll go to my other computer that has audio. Also, are these characters trying to sell a book?

    I doubt many of them would agree to that and the few that did would soon realize the errors in their way. those who sent them to confiscate guns would be soon removed from office and be persona non gratis

    Why would he offer security for the Capitol if the folks he invited that day were just peaceful folks who are no threat to the Government? How does that make sense to any trumpist? LOL

    Protocol to protect the Capitol from peaceful patriots that he himself invited there that day and told them to march there?

    Much like guns, those F16s don't do much sitting on the tarmac without a pilot.

    I think Biden must have forgot that the overwhelming majority of our armed forces vote Republican.

    And also, there is no army strong enough to go up against 74 million armed men.

    I dont care what equipment you have... it would be wholly ineffective.
