Which is what it's there for.
What damage has been done to the flow of oil?
Always have been and will be until we get on board with the green policies to make us less dependent on foreign oil.
    It is getting better
Yeah, you said that and, again, that's what it's there for.
It would appear that YOU are flipping that switch. The plans to convert are long term plans BUT the more we fight that reality the more dire the situation becomes.
Biden is the best thing to happen to the oil industry in a long time.
Have you ever listened to a Trump speech? It's simply an incoherent stream of consciousness and you call Biden senile!!
Of course, in reality, none of that is happening
That's what you're getting. Sorry you can't see it.
You have apparently forgotten that oil is a global market.

Do you actually think the country, the world, would have been better off without those payments.
Forget about "legal" or "illegal". No one cares.

Trump is and always has been a con man. His problem is that he went on the world stage for all to see. He's not getting "savaged". He's paying the price and facing the music. Will he be found innocent? I hope not, but it's all on the up and up.

Bidenomics: Only 14% of US voters say Joe Biden has made them better off

What an incredibly moronic thread title.

It is not the job of the President to make one "better off." That is the responsibility of the individual.

I care. Yes the country and its people would be far better off without government overspending.

There shouldn't have been any checks at all. But if there were going to be checks then, yes they should come from the states. The federal government has no constitutional mandate for social spending. Not brilliant. Just common sense.

Yes, the country would be better off without government overspending but that statement doesn't answer the question about the checks when the world shut down.
I'll say that again, the WORLD shut down. No income. So, please, tell me. how the country would have been better off.

    Common sense!!?
Tell me........how would most red states have the money to give checks because they depend on getting their own checks from the federal government.

The world did not shut down. Government said the world shut down. If you don't understand how government overspending hurts the economy then I can't help you. It would take too much schooling.

This would require a short book. The idea is to honor the 10th amendment word for word. If we do that it will end federal goverment overspending and move the majority of the power of the purse to the states where government is closer to the people and in competition with other state governments. Take some time and think about it. It may be too radical a concept for those who appreciate federal government.

Yeah, it did shut down and if you're in denial of that fact, the BS of "I can't help you" is just a another dodge on your part of avoiding the question. Spare all of us that nonsense.

No, it's past a "radical concept" and has gone to fantasy land.

Which proves you can't fool all the people all the time. President Biden has been attacked on all fronts, but has soldiered on none the less. People have quickly forgotten tRaitor tRumps mishandling of the COVID Pandemic, and forgotten the world of "alternative facts" that changed, by him, daily. His supporters loved the divisive rhetoric he used and his constant lies about anything he disagreed with or disagreed with him. But the rest of us were weary of it.

    I accept your surrender

I take it that your laughing at the absurdity of your argument. If you're not, you should be because what your argument is is that the purse strings of the government should be given to the states and not to Congress. That's what you're saying.

It's not MY point. It's YOUR point.
I said Trump has been and always will be a con man. Your attempt at being clever is that his con man persona is "rooted in the ways of the Democratic party". I don't believe for a second that is a true statement, but you do so, while bringing up that Trump USED to be a Democrat and therefore a con man you voted for him twice and will again. My, how clever of you.
