It seems the good jobs report as well as a plan in Europe has left investors feeling very optimistic. The DJIA boosted to it's highest since 2007, and Nasdaq to it's highest since 2000.

How is anyone still buying the doom and gloom garbage the republicans keep spewing?

That was expected, all the job numbers before the elections will be altered, to make the President appear as a job creator.

If you have any evidence to suggest that any jobs data was altered or manipulated, feel free to present it.

The job numbers are skewed in favor of the president before the elections, it doesn't count those who lose their unemployment benefits and end up on welfare.

Again, if you have any evidence to back that up, feel free to present it.

ADP had nothing to do with the rally.

12:15 gmt ADP release: EUR/USD starts falling from 1.2630 to 1.2590 bringing SP futures flat from mildly positive SP500 0%
12:30 gmt ECB's Draghi starts speaking: EUR/USD continues to drop from bringing sp futures negative for the day SP500 -.1%
13:45 gmt ECB's Draghi ends speaking after EUR/USD gets down to 1.2560 and begins to climb 1.2640 as investors realize the central bank is going to buy ponzi bonds. +1.9%

National debt has increased by 60% in less than 4 years.

Longest period of high unemployment since WWII

    Housing market continues to flounder

    Consumer confidence remains low

Most new jobs created have been minimum wage

46.3 million people on food stamps

Record numbers of people living below the poverty line

But yes, throw a party because one jobs report this year kept up with population growth.

When this sham system collapses, you people will be the last ones to admit it, but will cry and suffer the loudest.

Barack Obama is a Chicago thug politician. Of course he won't have a problem having his thugs crack a few skulls to get the numbers tweaked.

+244, that is AWESOME. My future is largely dependent on the market, and I welcome any good news.

Then please explain why on earth they "skewed" the unemployment numbers to go *up* over the past few months.

Why on earth would they do that?

Many of our conservative friends like to claim the numbers are "skewed" or "fixed" but they can never explain questions like these.

What "job numbers" are you referring to, and where did you get the crazy idea that "it doesn't count those who lose their unemployment benefits and end up on welfare"?

Indeed, these are all VERY GOOD REASONS to NOT let the Republicans take over the economy again.

The party BALLOON is kind of fun BUT it hurts so much when it crashes and we then discover the Republican Leaders charged the party on OUR credit card while THEY took all the cash kickbacks and payoffs from the BALLOON vendors!!

Depends on what you own I guess. Netflix? Oops. Walmart? Yay.

I'm good though. Oil hedge beating all stocks since June.

Isn't it fun getting rich at the punishment and sake of the poor?

Unless your're from Detroit or are otherwise familiar with Kwami Kilpatrick then you don't know what a thug politician is. :)

I think they really think that Chicago is Gotham circa Batman Begins.

Just when I thought there couldn't be a worse Batman than Clooney....
