Charlie Rose is one of the better, very independent minded people out their conducting interviews. Boy, I wonder what Maher would have done to him if Rose had called Hillary a C**T, oh wait, only comedians do that right?

Maher should stick to comedy perhaps. If he had written that string of fallacies and innuendo as an essay, I would have returned it marked "SHOW YOUR WORK!" It lacks humor, and fails to convince. The "lapsed Jew finds 'religion' a.k.a. bigotry" is at least funny when Jon Stewart does it.

I hardly need another reminder why I don't get FOX or HBO.

Is Bill Maher is the type of guy that's described as a liberal down there? It's clear he is libertarian. Being intelligent doesn't disqualifies one for Republican membership yet, isn't it?

Anyway. Maher, as a typical American Jew, does has liberal views but is ready, consciously or not, to espouse any politics that would hurt Arabs/Muslims for Israel to about any extent. His views here on that link and on these matters doesn't reflect an intellectual, open mind, but learned mantra, a mantra he started to practice exactly 13 years ago. But hey, it's Fox - if Maher did said something truly intelligent there, it wouldn't be aired.

Bah, most US jews are liberal-opiniated people. And most of them abandon these liberal views as soon as Israel is in the picture. I don't see where the bashing is - it's simply what happens.
