BREAKING: 2 Former DNI Directors Say Report of Chinese Balloons Under Trump is Fake

On Sunday morning, former acting Director of the United States National Intelligence (DNI) Richard Grenell denied the recent report claiming Chinese Spy Balloons flew across the United States under former President Donald Trump.

“Yes, Chinese Spy Balloons Flew Over The U.S. When President Trump Was In Office Too,” the piece from Matt Novack published on Forbes read.

The article was extremely vague and weakly sourced.

In a tweet on Sunday, Grenell strongly denied the piece and hammered the Biden administration for pushing the fake news.

“Biden’s DoD is shamelessly using an anonymous source to say that Chinese balloons flew over the US under Trump – and the Trump team allowed it,” he tweeted. “It is a lie. We never heard this – ever.Congress should demand @SecDef tell the truth. Shame on @JakeSullivan46.”…


…Former Director of the United States National Intelligence John Ratcliffe also denied the report while joining Fox News host Maria Bartiromo for an interview on Sunday morning.

“Former ODNI John Ratcliffe just denied Biden admin claims Chinese sent 3 balloons into US on Trump’s watch: “I can refute it. It didn’t happen.” He said this was first time and “the damage is incalculable.” He also suggested Biden & his nat’l security team “compromised”” investigative journalist Paul Sperry said on Twitter….

The reports by Huffington Post and others are false. It was a made up lie to say this happened under the Trump administration. How low will let’s go Brandon go?

 

How would they know? Grenell was ambassador to Germany and acting DNI for a few months. Ratcliffe was DNI for a year.

 

Well if Ratcliffe and Grennell said something, it must be true.

I am not sure those two have a history of factual statements which would lend a level of credibility to their current statement.

 

Would you believe 51 intelligences experts if they said it? Yup.

Please don’t tell me you trust an anonymous source more than two people who publicly refute the story.

Also, Grennell was never DNI. He was that magical acting director thing.

 

Ok libs, let’s say the unproven story about the previous balloons is true, how does that either justify or negate Biden’s actions? If the ballon was a threat then why was it allowed to fly over our country? If it wasn’t a threat then why did Biden shoot it down?

 

Biden said to shoot it down when it was safe to do so. If he ordered it shot down immediately and the debris landed on someone's head with news leaking he went against Pentagon officials recommendation, people would be upset.

 

Democrats have to save face on the weakest President ever currently taking up space at the White House. So, they tell lies. Something Democrats have been doing for decades, if not centuries.

 

I believe the reasoning was because shooting it down could endanger people.

 

So the balloon was enough of a threat to be shot down but not before entering our airspace but after it did its job.

 

There's no indication it did its job. The military could have jammed its signals preventing transmission.
