Trump knew Russia interfered into our election, but...……... The news reporters put Trump in position to say he believed Russia didn't try and influence our elections. He knew better. What was he to do with Putin sitting right next to him after Putin denied it, call him a liar to his face? At the time Trump was trying to play nice with Putin. He needed his and China's help to enforce sanctions on N. Korea to get them to give up their nuclear weapons. Calling him a liar to his face would do nothing to accomplish that.

When that didn't work, he got tough with both as I have shown He attacked our Allies for not putting in their fair share to NATO, making it weaker and making America foot the bill. His getting strong with them caused them to pony up 100 billion dollars more in weapons. He got tough with N.Korea because Obama said N. Korea would be our most urgent problem. Then played nice to them when they said they would give up their nuclear weapons, but didn't. You got to have an open mind to understand what he was trying to do. He was tough and nice to all three.
