This is particularly sweet, as it is happening in GA, where judge Clay D. Land maligned me so badly and attacked me with $20,000 of sanctions in order to silence me, to stop me from challenging Obama. Judge Land was sending a message to other attorneys and intimidating them, de facto telling them, “you dare to go after Obama, raise the issue of his forged birth certificate and invalid Social Secrity number, establishment will attack you and sanction you, just like attorney Taitz”

Now judge Malihi is sending a message: “nobody is above the law”

I am filing a motion for judicial notice in the other 5 courts, where I have cases. Please, spread the word.

Somehow I doubt that would happen.

 

Why would there be a "trial" with her deposing the POTUS? She's challenged his eligibility - he hasn't been charged with a crime. Seems to me that all Obama has to do is present his documents to the Secretary of State who will either approve or disapprove them. If they're disapproved for any reason, wouldn't any legal action then be between Obama and the Secretary of State?

Do we have a lawyer here who knows what the procedure will be?

Here is my prediction right now- this will end just like every other Orly Taitz lawsuit- with a massive fail- the only question is when she loses is whether she will get sanctioned again or not.

Every case brought to court by every nut job lawyer in this matter has been tossed. Thrown out.

I find it highly dubious this is the result of anything other than the sheer ridiculous nature of the cases and not a result of direction from the president.

 

It occurred to me that this may be their way of getting rid of Orly Taitz once and for all.

IMO, there is no way she's going to have unlimited access to depose Obama and dig through his personal records and there won't be anything resembling a "trial". She is a true numbnutz if she thinks that.

 

It was not his birth certificate. The alleged BC he showed us last april said at the bottom that this document is either a true copy or an abstract!!!! Does you birth certificate say that?

 

This one wasn't. And most if not all of the others were not tossed on their merits. The judges just say the plaintiffs lack standing!!! That's preposterous since obama is our president and his actions have a huge impact on all the citizens.

You're probuly correct. Orly is in the right but that counts for little in what we laughingly call our "legal system". If Bush can get away with lying us into invading and holocausting a nation that never did anything to us, then i suppose obongo can get away with this.

I just don't see any reason why he has to prove anything to Orly Taitz. The Secretary of State of each state is responsible for verifying the eligibility of the candidates. If they're satisfied that the documents presented are true and correct and approve his eligibility, then Orly Taitz's quarrel is with them - not Obama. She would have to prove to the SoSs that the documents were faked.

If it's a copy of the long form, it's a true copy. If it's the certificate most people get now, it's an abstract. Obama has provided both - certified by the State of Hawaii. His BC is exactly like mine and has the same information on it. Mine was accepted when I applied for a passport and to prove my identity at the DMV. These same kinds of BCs were accepted when my children went to school and by the DMV when they got their driver's license.

I just don't understand what kind of "proof" birthers are asking for or why he has to have something different than what the rest of us have to prove his citizenship.

Just found out this georgia hearing starts on Jan 26. That's good news as i thought they might put this off till 2013!!! Of course, if obozo loses he will appeal and that will drag on, but a loss here will at least put a ton of doubt in people's minds and force the dems to choose someone else as their candidate.
