Depends on how he wins. If it's another of those "american citizens have no standing on this issue" decisions, then the heat on obozo will continue. Judge needs to look at the merits of the case.

And what are the merits of the case - that Orly believes he's a British citizen and he was really born in Kenya and there was a conspiracy formed the day after he was born to fake a BC so he could be president someday? And that she knows the laws concerning natural born citizens better than the judge and the Supreme Court?

Our courts have said several times that natural born citizen means both parents are americans. It's that simple.

And at the HEARING, the Birther case gets TOSSED OUT, as always, for obvious "STUPIDITY"!

"Anchor babies" are natural born U.S. citizens who were born on U.S. soil to parents who are NOT U.S. citizens. But you're telling me that Obama was born on U.S. soil to a mother who was a U.S. citizen but because his father wasn't, HE isn't a natural born citizen? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard!

 

You know FULL WELL that MANY if not MOST of the Birther lawsuits have been tossed out on the FACTS, of which they LACKED ANY!
