The UK can currently opt out of EU asylum polices but the EU is already revising and strengthening enforcement along these lines and who knows
what Britain would be forced to do in the near future?
The EU is certainly not sitting back and letting Britain make noises lightly.

That should have said "and they have now found out that the eu has no say on the number of eu and non-eu refugees the UK accepts.

The UK would have kept their opt out as the UK was too big a player for anyone to have forced a change.

    And from your link:
The UK and Ireland can opt out of asylum policies, and the British government has already indicated it will not take part. Denmark is also exempt. Since 2005, the UK has used the Dublin rule to return 12,000 asylum seekers to where they first entered the EU.

This is one of the really interesting features of this whole referendum: Now that they've opted out, no one wants to take the lead. Not BJ, not Farange, not any one of those touters who wanted the UK out of the EU. Old John Bull is drowning himself in Bass.

In two years the same arguments will still be being made by the same people.
And in 20 years and in 50.
200 years down the line the same arguments will be read in our history books.
Time will not provide the answers for questions to complex to answer.

Yes because the massive market catastrophe that the EU supporters predicted occured.......oh wait it didn't.

Any EU stayers want to answer two simple questions? Does Japan, the US, China etc. sell goods in the EU for example cars? Do those same countries (the rest of the entire (*)(*)(*)(*)ing world) import stuff from the EU as well.....like cars? If they do (hint they do) how do they manage to do it since I keep hearing about how difficult trade will be with the EU now that the UK is out? Someone better tell the rest of the world that they should stop importing and exporting from the EU because its nearly impossible if you aren't in the EU according to the lying (*)(*)(*)(*)bags that make many of the "stayers".

In case anyone is wondering I chose cars because its a very complicated and regulated product with lots of red tape all around the world from emmissions and safety standards etc. So if the rest of the world and the EU manage to trade automobiles just fine then pretty much anything made is going to be even simpler.

The EU stayers make it sound like the EU is the center of the world........its not. The US and Asian markets are far more powerful and growing much more rapidly. When Italy collapses within a year or two and Spain afterwards the Brits will be sighing with relief that they aren't going to have to bail out the EU. Germany already blew their load bailing out Greece so don't expect them to be able to do it again.

    Give it time.

yes, of course. They all have trade deals. Deals that took years to sort out. None of them are or were simple.

Yes it is, more or less.

When pigs start flying a lot is supposed to happen.
