why is so complicated to say if you got D&B you use one bathroom, and if you dont you use another.....

Sounds right to me. Why not offer an gender neutral bathroom for those who can't figure out what they are, and let the rest of us pee in peace?
Let me tell you this. If I see a guy in a Ladies room, I turn the garden hose on him or whatever comes in handy. No questions asked.

There's being different then there is being a freak. Now , I happen to believe that we have the right to be freaks if we want, but our rights end where someone elses begin. My daughter has a right to a boy free restroom in my estimation. And by boy I mean by HER definition.

How do we identify a gay using a women's bathroom or a lesbian using a men's bathroom? Further, should a lesbian really be allowed to use a woman's restroom and should a gay really be allowed to use the men's restroom?

The only real solution is to make all restrooms co-ed. But then...there is the 'women's rights' issue...

One is considered indecent exposure and the other is considered voyeurism, and both are considered sex crimes. If a room is labelled as being for a specific gender, then those of that gender have a reasonable expectation of privacy within, and will behave in line with that expectation - breaching that expectation of privacy will fall within the realm of a criminal offense and could be considered a sexual offense which would include not only a possibility of jail time and fines but also a lifetime of registering yourself as a sexual deviate.
