Professors tired of the ignorance and gross negligence of right wing presidential candidates have put their money where their mouth is. It's time for the Republicans to put up or shut up.

Wrong movie for your pic..But yes I also am curious. My guess is Bachmann will ignore it and play it off like nothing since shes wrong as usual.

Those who can, do... those who can't, are professors.

    cool

    and good for them

why don't they focus on "stimulation"? Why don't they focus on AGW or the truth about Obamacare?

Nah, they can't let truth come between them and ideology. So, let them focus on a 2nd tier candidate.

At least in my own small segment of the world my kids tell me that more students are questioning their college professors and the BS they are spewing. In one of my daughters' classes the students actually proved the instructor was providing incorrect facts to push his ideology, and went to the dean.

3 kids in 3 different schools and the news of pushback against liberal profs is warming my heart. It's about time. Liberals should be ashamed of themselves for targeting the young and impressionable

    Dear D-Baggers.

While the TEA Party may support a candidate, they do so because the candidate promotes fiscal responsibility and constitutionality.

Vaccines are not our issue. Dealing with what a candidate says outside of fiscal responsibility and constitutionality is not our issue.

I am glad I could help the ignorant out there. Perhaps in the future you ought to attend a TEA Party event before talking out of your arse.

By the way... your play was nothing more than a "bluff" and it was called.

Backing down after the fearmongering damage is done.

This is one of the major problems with Bachmann. She often opens her mouth without any knowledge of what the hell she's talking about.

If anyone wants a good signature line I would suggest:

"I have no idea." ~ Michelle Bachmann

Good this should be like taking candy from a baby for your daughter and her resourceful friends. I'll keep an eye on the paper so I don't miss the story when she debunks these professors. Thanks for the heads up.

Her specious comment could cause some parents to not vaccinate their daughters. It was fear mongering and she should without reservation retract it.

It won't be any problem if people don't bother to vaccinate their daughters, as long as the girls don't sleep around.

There are other, far more effective methods of avoiding HPV than a vaccine, especially when the vaccine only protects against a few strains.

Anyone who has attended a science related university program knows that that is simply not true - because unlike other disciplines science professors have to keep doing their main job - research.

But throw-away lines demeaning others are a nice EASY response that takes little time or effort

This bears repeating - obviously Bachmann has had some behind the scenes advice about this

In those cases I'd worry a lot more about HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, pregnancy, or the other 35 strains of HPV. I don't think protecting against four strains of HPV should make anyone feel any safer in that situation.

That is like not worrying about a car accident because you are wearing a cup.

Finally the left is concerned about vaccines.

I didn't hear (*)(*)(*)(*) from you guys when Jenny McCarthy and other celebtards were spreading their vaccines=autism nonsense.

Way to get on board several years too late.

Cool, I have heard the same thing, the young minds are starting to function again, and yes they are questioning their Bullchit. As other students who have graduated already are letting them know about the job Market, real fears are starting to surface. They are watching as the Liberal attempts of Governing are just biting them all in the ass,,,they are wondering what the Hell will be left of this country when they graduate, and they realize if Obama stays in,,,not much!
The youth vote is dwindling for this farce of a President..
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1395009/Obama-loses-youth-vote-poll-finds-white-students-dont-think-hes-cool-anymore.html

President Barack Obama famously won the 2008 election on a wave of support from America's youth.

But any hopes the 49-year-old had of keeping down with the kids appear to have faded - his support from young people is rapidly waning, a poll has found.

And for a man known for his 'jacket off' casual style the reason for this slump may be particularly hurtful - students are abandoning the President because they do not think he is cool anymore, it has been claimed.
Back then: In 2008, students voted for Obama because they 'thought he was cool'

According to the National Journal's Ronald Brownstein report, President Obama has dramatically lost support from young people - and particularly young white people - in America since 2008.

His approval rating among those aged 18 to 29 is currently at 56 per cent - a huge fall of ten points since the 2008 exit polls.

She should not go around just repeating what she heard, but if people are dumb enough to think it's true ''Just because some lady told her'' then they would believe what they want anyway.
The only reason this is making the news is to be used as a ''shot'',,it's the Democrat way...

There are numerous strains of HPV. Only certain ones are heavily associated with cervical cancer and genital warts. Why spend the time money and effort to develop a vaccine against all strains of a ubiquitous virus when only certain strains are responsible for most of the disease load? I don't understand your logic... or lack there of.
