Black Americans are denied accountability for their own failings in a lot of circumstances. Which I feel is really destructive, promotes a victim mentality , sense of entitlement and believe it prevents many from realising and achieving their full potential. I believe this is how the black community are being controlled and held down.
1) As an aftermath of centuries of severe discrimination, African Americans have much less generational wealth. 2) Covert Racism still plays a significant role in USA.
So there's no actual rights that anyone can point to and say that they're being denied rights that other people have. I wasn't born into generational wealth and here it is 1:34 a.m. and my ass is at work.

There are no rights codified under law that are denied for any race in the United States that are afforded for some others

You act like no white people are ever unjustly killed by the police. And you are aware that the majority of blacks killed by police are actively fighting the police? Hands up don't shoot... That was another lie. Did you ever think their high rates of incarceration might have something to do with the fact that they commit a lot of crime?
